I think I remember that as well. In the aftermath of what happened on the train you see Miss Edith sitting in the overhead compartment of the traincar. At least I'm pretty sure that's what happened.

I just watched that episode the other day & I think you're right. She definitely left a blindfolded doll in the overhead compartment which I assumed was Miss Edith, no expert on dolls though so it could have been another one of her dolls!!
