Well im trying to start it anyway. My mums friends somones somthings works in a really good agency and said they would ask about it. I applied to one online but the thing is my scanner is broke so I cannot send any pics. And I don't hace any recent pictures of me anyway to send so I am going to have to take some. Does anyone else here have a job.
 
Did you see the programme Model Behaviour, where they held open auditions for models, and then wheedled them down to 5? Well Maisie (she was the one who got kicked out of the flat, because she was thought ot be too short to model) goes (or should I say went, we've all left now) to me school, she was in my tutor group and she and I were pretty good friends last year. So she had her stint, doing virtually nude modelling for Cosmopolitan I think it was, and something for Elle, but she's had nothing since. I've never modelled myself though, I'm only little!! Can I just ask, be careful about who you're sending your pictures to online, Maisie was officially a model before Model Behaviour, because she paid a membership fee etc to a "model agency" but she never got any work, they just took her money. So be careful just who you're sending pics to, you always hear teh horror stories and people getting ripped off 🙂
 
Oh wow. Well Im not really gonna be doing big modeling. But when you said Im only little! you doon't have to be old. cause im 13 and I went onto the website and looked at the section for teens and males. the thing is it would be really freaky seing myself in a mag or advertising clothes. Well not freaky so much.
 
Oh no when I say I'm little I mean I'm 5'3", it's ok when you're younger, but adult modelling usually means you have to be 5'8" or taller, because it's a matter of the clothes fitting the model. I'm little as in short, or a 'pocket sized pixie' as some of my friends call me!
 
Well it really depends on wha angency you work for. Some don'tcare but some do. It just depends on what clients they have. They need a huge range of models these days.
 
I'm too short and too skinny to be a model and honestly I don't want to be one. You can't eat everything you want, you've got to work-out. I'd rather work somewhere else.🙂
 
wow, i actually got a letter this morning saying, you have took the first step towards modeling. please send some pictures with a few details.
 
I'm trying to get into an acting agency, so far...well, *lol* nothing has happened, i'm going to go shopping later, and i'm going to ask the local pet shop for a job, what can i say...i love animals 😀
 
Yup I would go with animals. The thing I like about modeling is that it envolves aall sorts of things like adverts and movie extras. So from there they might decide to keep you on tv. So far I printed of an aplication for details to give them and i just went to get my photos from a photobooth and my mum is coming home with some stamps and then Im going to send it all away. I f I don't get the job Im going to do slve laberlol. I really want a job but Im too young. I know that when you 13 you are able to get a job but the chances are so thin. The only thing I can think of is the local shops and they really do make people work for slve labour.
 
I'm trying to be an animal psychologist 🙂 There must be some reason for me to be doing these stupid A Levels lol. I'm hoping to do a degree in Zoology and psychology and then study around the world analysing animals such as lions, wolves, sharks maybe 🙂 I'm a bit of an animal lover lol, plus I love psychology!

Good luck with your modelling career hun, you never know we might see you on the catwalks one day! Don't give up because of your age 🙂 you keep on trying 🙂
 
Thanks sooo much. lol catwalks::wave:: Hopefully the occasional billboard😀 Well I've now sent the letter with photos, details and four lose stamps and all I have to do is wait. Animal psychology sounds really cool. I actually want to work with animals. but I also wanted to be a loyer as well, and an author, I used to want to be a scientest and archeolagist,archatecht,inventor and thats about it so far. Hope you do well and far with animal psycholagist.
 
Again, oh wow, today i got another letter saying they liked my appliction and have passed it on to there registrations director who is on the national selection panel - whatever that means. And they will reply in a week. This might actually go somwhere lol.
