Concept art was leaked a while back, but we didn't know if they'd still release the set with the reboot being cancelled. I'm SOOOOO excited that they're still going to release it, and YES- I will own it. ♥

You can kind of see a little glimpse of them here... And true to the concept art, Buffy's purse looks like the Vampyr book!! OMG!!!

Seen the images of it, I like Buffy, but Angel looks weird
 
I wish they made the core 4 instead: Buffy, Xander, Willow and Giles. But I think romance is their general concept so they go with it, no?

Also, I don't think these dolls look like them at all apart from their costumes and make-up.
I prefer Funko Pops to these type of dolls because a Funko Pop doll has less detail by design and my brain directly registers it as a caricature version. But dolls like Monster High, Barbie etc. have more details that make them look more human albeit in the uncanny valley and thus my brain sees them as "almost realistic but not quite". This situation also amplifies the dolls' difference from the actual source material in the case of dolls of real people. That result is intrinsically irritating to my mind. 😬
