Moonlight (no real spoilers)

This may be in the wrong place, but I just saw the premire of "Moonlight" last night, as I'm sure quite a few others here did (or will if it hasn't shown in your area yet), and I was just wondering if I was the only one who noticed that the vampire-wannabe cult leader was the same actor who played Dracula on "Buffy?"

They mentioned Hearst College, like the one in Veronica Mars? Or is that an actual college in America?

Edit: I checked on Wiki, and it said "Hearst College is also used in the television series Moonlight. Jason Dohring, who starred as Logan Echolls on Veronica Mars, also stars in Moonlight as vampire Josef Konstantin."
