I am writing you because you filled out the SaveANGEL.org sign-up
form/petition with your email and asked us to get back in touch with you.

important task for you to help Save ANGEL.
But first I have exciting news to report about the effort:

WEB SITE AND PETITION:
* In the two weeks since it went live, the Save ANGEL Web site has had
40,000 visitors from all over the world. We've been featured in news reports
around the world. We now have 8000 entries in our petition effort, which
will be printed and couriered to The WB (and possibly UPN!) offices. You can

SAVE ANGEL WEEK:
* I'm pleased to announce that beginning March 12 to March 19 will be
International "Save ANGEL Week." Events will kick off with a rally in Los
Angeles, and continue until the following Friday, with a rally in Hamburg.
If you're in the LA area, I urge you to go to
http://www.saveangelrally.com and sign up. The organizer, Pepper is
needing more bodies (and not for any evil experiments!) If you'd like to do
a rally in your hometown, check out that site, too for more info.

* On March 17, in honor of our Champion's Irish heritage, we will be be
holding "Give Blood for ANGEL" Blood Drives across America. If you are
interested in participating, or helping organize for a Blood Drive, please

PLEASE DONATE:
* If you haven't yet considered contributing to the Save ANGEL campaign, now
is the time! We are needing your help with costs for Save ANGEL Week and the
Give Blood for ANGEL Blood Drive. Please consider donating, even a small
amount, as everything goes into efforts. We will be distributing funds to
local fan efforts to help them do their own hometown ANGEL campaigns.

bottom. There you will also find an explanation on how donations are being
used for the campaign. Funds left over after we win (!) will be split among
the charities voted on by the Save ANGEL Board of Strategists.
* If you donate $10 or more, we'll set up an @SaveANGEL.org forwarding email
account in the name of your choice just for helping us out. If you
contribute $50 or more to the effort, we can offer you an actual POP/IMAP
email account with 4MB of space, @SaveANGEL.org. They will both be good for
at least a year. Contributions to Save ANGEL are not tax-deductible. You may
direct any questions about contributions to me through the Contact form.
OK, now that all that's out of the way... here's what you urgently must do
to save ANGEL today, and tomorrow and Wednesday:
"CAMPAIGN GOTV -- Get Out The View!"
In political campaigns, in the days before the big election, we have a "Get
Out the Vote" push, which campaigners call "GOTV."
At the Save ANGEL campaign, we also have a big election coming up, in which
only a select group gets to vote: the Nielsen Ratings. The only problem is,
we don't know who they are-- we're not allowed to know!
So this is our GOTV -- "Get Out The View" Drive:
For the next three days, focus all your attentions on getting as many
viewers to watch the Wednesday episode of ANGEL. Do this by hook or by
crook. Use all the legal means at your disposal. Take the following message
to the nooks and crannies of the Net:
"GOTV - ANGEL March 3 on the WB!"
Post this everywhere you are allowed. Send it in your emails. Send it to
your Lists. IM it to all your Buddies. Put it in your profile. Make it your
signature. Answer the phone with it. And most assuredly, put it on your Web
site!
The following banners are available for you to use. You may provide a link
to SaveANGEL.org, but do not link the images -- copy them to your own
servers.
