should there be more women characters on angel?

does anyone else feel that more women characters are needed in angel? the balance is totally unfair as shown by the upcoming

spoiler







battle between gunn and wes for freds affections!! this just proves the need for more women!!!! it seems obvious that they have problems attracting females outside of their line of work, so the only solution is that of what i have proposed!!!! all i have to say now is it's about time gunn had some sort of romantic interest he's been celibate for too long!!!
lets have a vote on whether to include more women!!
 
I agree with Buffy Summers, they have explored cordy's character a lot this season with a few eps, as they did with darla and fred. I think they have enough female characters to be honest. I would prefer them to spend more time examining the characters of the ones they have than bringing in another. 🙂

i have to agree with dark guardian ONE more woman is definetly needed, my very clever and wise friend sally suggested that we should relieve the female majority on buffy and bring one of those characters to angel(its the best of both worlds really, we don't lose a character permanently and it solves the lack of females on angel)! i propose we take anya shes so cool!!
 
A new female member of the Angel Investigations team would make it better,and overall fairer,there are equal women to men in buffy,so there should be in Angel
 
it does purely for the reason of romantic matching i'd feel sorry for the one character that got left out if all the other paired up!!!

I originally voted for no cordy and fred are just enough but having read dark-guardians post I would have to agree....Bringing Willow over would be a great idea and her & Wes would make the perfect couple.... 😀
 
an inequality in the women/men ratio creates more dramatic tension.we wouldn't really be that interested if everything was nice and fluffy.it'd be one dull program
 
yeah but don't you feel realy sorry for Wesley?? poor thing!!! but i gather neither gunn or fred knew that wes liked fred did they?😱
 
no,but cordy thought that fred was talking about how much she liked Wesley in the clothes shop,not Gunn,so cordy might say something that will bring it all out accidently.
 
ithink if they introduce a new woman.. then it shouldn't be former Buffy cast regular.... it should be someone completely new.. like Fred..

but in genereal I don't particularly care....

just my opinion though 🙂
 
If there is to be a new character, I would prefer he/she to be an interesting addition to the cast regardless of their gender 🙂 Whether that's a new woman or a new man doesn't make any difference 🙄
