Most Annoying Character?

I always thought Dawn was mean to be annoying to a certain degree- at least in S5. In S6 its less intentional but more prevelent.
Out of the choices listed- Anya. Simply because she was around the longest and had the least character growth, she therefore has the most chances to be annoying. In S6 and 7 especially.
Runners up: Linwood and Eve since they tend to be one-note charactisations of slimy creep or smug sorority chick respectively

I'm in charge of morale!
I'm going with the first because it ended up not making sense to me. It was interesting how they had the old characters come back and speak, but beyond that I wasn't able to understand how Buffy et al could defeat first evil. They can't, so..they fry a bunch of Turak han? Yeah...so what does that accomplish. It's like squashing ants at a picnic. Or was it just a case of closing that particular maw of hell? Or the fact that now 1000 girls in the world can hit a home run in little league?
I felt cheated.
My second choice is Eve because out of the other choices up there she bugged me, like a mosquito I wanted to slap. Bad acting. The role either needed to be played by a great actress who could have done something convincing with the weak material given, or the part written with enough menace for us to actually quake in our boots a little.
The guy who replaced her did a better job, but I would have liked to seen that part really banged out.
I felt cheated.

My Billow self says: if you pair Angel or Spike or Riley with Buffy for 7 years and don't allow them to have sex, he would be much more annoying than Willow.😛

If we can mention people who aren't in the poll, then souled Spike is one of the most annoying. Talk about regressing as a character into a parody of his former self. Laughable.

Not too big a fan of S7 Spike either. Loved him on Angel tho.

Why in the blue hell is Dru on that list?!😀 She's awesome!
From the options I went with Kate, it was out of her and Eve. But Eve is just boring in a she doesn't do much, and lacks a purpose, and is bland, whereas Kate has a bigger influence on the plot, so her annoying is worse.

By the way I don't agree with you that Andrew and Connor were meant to be annoying. I just think they were badly written characters who became annoying to the audience.

Andrew was certainly mean to be annoying because all the characters around him ACT like he's annoying. 😉

If your talking more S7 Andrew then I see where your coming from. Part the point of the trio were to be annoying, but then I don't just restrict that to Andrew. I guess I just find it hard to believe that any show would make a character annoying on purpose. I do think they were going for some sort of comedy with Andrew, its just myself and many others didn't get the joke😉
