Obviously everyone in the Buffyverse is very good looking, but who do you think is the most attractive?

Faith. God dang that woman is good looking. Those dimples! Those eyes! Those lips! Like wow. Also swagger/sexy attitude
Spike. Those cheekbones! Those blue eyes! Swagger/sexy attitude
Lilah. Extremely beautiful, classy, and sexy
Willow. Her cute features and expressive face are gorgeous
Wesley (especially badass Wesley) rugged good looks
Fred. Adorable, elegant features
Buffy. So cute and perky looking
Anya. Super adorable
Oz. Quirky looks, super adorable
Cordelia. A very beautiful lady
Tara. Classic, beautiful features--big eyes and lips
Giles. Sexy older man looks
Gunn. Very good looking
Xander. Very good looking, especially in the high school years
 
They really had to work very hard to make her look frumpy!

For my money, she's definitely up there with Faith, and Lilah!

Amber Benson is certainly very beautiful, I just personally found others more beautiful, dunno why
 
It's probably between Amber & Eliza for the women. They're both gorgeous.

And as for the men, there is something about James Marsters I can't quite put my finger on, but he's incredible attractive and has a very expressive face. And those cheekbones....! 😎
 
The most physically attractive male is Angel. I love Spike more, but in the looks department Angel has him beat.
The most attractive female . . . that's tougher and I think it's a draw between Faith and Cordy, but there isn't a bad looking woman on the show
 
The shows definitely have very good looking cast. Personally AB and Lilah are just not my type, not that the are unattractive.

For me it's Faith and Spike as the hottest and sexiest. Secondly might be Buffy and Xander. Thirdly would be Fred and Angel. But really everyone is good looking, and has their moments to show it, so I'm not complaining. Lol

SMG looked great in season 4 and 5. Like, really good.

I loved David Boreanaz in the early seasons of AtS. I feel like he aged quite quickly after that though, hairline, weight, muscles, the works. Not that he still wasn't attractive, he just suddenly felt out of my age range (which is ironic). Angel in general was the embodiment of tall, dark and handsome tall glass of mystery.

Eliza looks better now than she did on the show. Still looked pretty damn good on the show though.

James Marsters was another one you could see clearly aging as the show went on. By the time he got to AtS he had old-person saggy-cartilage nose and chin. Those cheekbones still pierced through though. At his prime he was amazing to look at. But then so much of JM's awe worthy performance was due to his acting with his facial features and body.

Other than that I like Vincent Kartheiser, Alexa Davalos, Stephanie Romanov, Danny Strong and Jenny Mollen.

Good point.
When I take a personality into consideration- the characters- then some characters disappear completely from my list- Spike, Cordy and Anya- and others appear in my top 5 like Willow and Tara.
Faith jumps to number 1 though.

The most attractive personalities, the ones that draw me in, the ones I'd like to spend time with, that has to be Spike and Xander. They'd be such a laugh, especially together. Female, for me the most attractive personality is Buffy.
 
The most attractive to me are Stephanie Romanov and Eliza Dushku, they are mesmerising, and they seem like very cool people. Out of the guys, J Richards, and especially now. His Instagram is lots of examples of him being suave. 😀

When the show was airing, so many girls were crushing on Spike. I never saw it, I don't get it! I love Spike and JM, I just don't get the same attraction.

I agree that they're the most good looking girls. That's why I love their short scenes together in five by five!
 
I'm not sure I can get past who attracted me to who is the most attractive. I know Charisma is considered the "type" for beautiful women, and Eliza had the whole hot thing rocking, but they're not the one's I want to look at the most. So I feel like I'm shooting in the dark.

I think SMG was adorable in S3 and S4 then she got too skinny. Yeah, I'm judging.
Allison H is always adorable if not classically beautiful or pretty.
Nick B was handsome the first few years, then not so much, then looked pretty good in S7 again.
David B is just not my type, but I get that he's considered a knock out.
I'd stare at Christian K all day if he actually had those tattoos. I mean seriously...I was awestruck and removing them from him was worse than killing him in my book.
Alexis looked good after a couple of seasons on Ats
I think Robin S who played Ethan was super yummy (he's passed away) I really go for guys that look like him. Ever since I was a little kid, they sort of mesmerize me.
Amber B has a sexy (not hot) vibe going on, but I don't think she's pretty...can't put my finger on the word for her. It's a type of beauty, but not like Charisma.

James M is in a class by himself for me. He blows me away. How much is looks and how much is what he can do with his face and body I cannot tell. He's like magical to watch. I do think he's extremely attractive and sexy as Spike, as himself, as just about any character he plays.

This is the pic I have as backround on my phone. It was taken about 3 weeks ago. Yeah, he wins!
