The Serenity crew. 'Cause it goes entirely against expectations you have relief mixed in with the joy/laughter.

Runner-up will be Buffy laughing at Harmony and her minions because its such a rare thing to see her laugh like that on the show.

I went with Spike's delight over the wee little puppet man.
But Giles fit of hysteria was pretty awesome.

Overall though, the person who's laugh I find most contagious is Xander's. He may not win this particular contest for me but he gets chops for consistency.

All of Angelus' laughs are pretty contagious. And I love some of Spike's sneering little chuckles, but from that list it would have to be Giles.

I love the Serenity Crew moment. It's so brilliant and it always make me laugh.

Harmony got minions is up there though.
Just seeing/hearing Buffy laugh out loud makes me laugh out loud.

She doesn't laugh a lot or at all it seems like sometimes.
 
It's a tie between "Harmony has minions ???", "I slept with Spike" and "You are a bloody puppet !".
 
When Giles laughs I laugh, his laugh is so natural and he rarely gets to have a proper guffaw.

Well Google tells me its origin is Scots (I didn't know that!) but Giles definitely enjoys a guffaw. It is so Giles. 😀
