What fights in BtVS are you dissapointed in?

For me is definitley S1 i mean c'mon
Buffy and The Master did not fight at all.

And sometimes for me Graduation day PT2 mostly cause it
was to short of a fight.

But on a great cool side i loved the fight between
Dark Willow and Buffy in S6 espicially the camera work for example
when B punches DW we see a shot were the cameras side.

Well I guess that Buffy vs Dracula was a bit disapointing, he is suppose to be the vampire to end all vampires and it was just kinda meh. And the fights where it ends with the demon or whatever melting, disolving or turning into mist or smoke. Its like we cant be assed to give this a proper ending so we are gonna go with convienience and they just liquify, tadah!. But to be fair its never suppose to be about the feature creature its about the characters so they can get away with stuff like that, but it still kinda annoys and dissapoints me sometimes.

Well with the Master I think he was just such a legendary superior vamp that he was above getting dirty and physically fighting himself so he had the lackeys to do it for him. With Buffy all he needed was the thrall thing. Kinda like Dru... I think with me when I saw Dru fight in Whats My Line, it wasn't a bad fight, it just seemed kinda awkward for some reason. Its one of the only times we see Dru physically fight, and i can't describe it, its just weird, like I see Dru as too delicate to get down and dirty and fight like that. I think just the thrall fits her much better.

So *hangs head in shame* I had a moment of confusion and got What's my Line and Becoming mixed up... I meant when Dru fights in Becoming... oh sigh, thanks for showing me the way bunnies! *mwuah*

ha ha, no probs! mwah!
Buffy vs Dracula he was supose to be the best vamp but he runs! and to top it off she didnt even beat me him.

Buffy and The Master they didnt fight she stood there and let him kill her not at all like the buffy we all know and love.

when dru fights kendra she just stands there and gets killed very disapointing
but it dose show the power of dru how she can kill you. thats why i like her powerful woman has spike and can do w3hat she wants cuz people will just think shes crazy gota love it.

I thought that when Glory first discovers Dawn we would see an amazing fight from Buffy, but she just lets the truck hit her. Considering how much Buffy wants to protect Dawn I was expecting a little bit more then Buffy just standing there. What was Buffy going to do of the truck didn't hit Glory?

She would have died.
what did you want? a showdown and then buffy dies.... it leads up to her going catatonic cause she cant stop the bad guy... ben is glory and golry is ben?

in that moment she was helpless and would have been killed and dawn taken.... but come on TRUCK! that was cool

I think this was the best fight ever:

oh, yeah \m/
I must say that the final fight, with the über vamps and all, dissapointed me a bit. They had been building up to it for ages and then it's over in, what, ten minutes or so? Maybe I am a bit spoiled, cos it was a good fight, but just, short. And that was a disaspointment, I was expecting something more epic, really.

Yeah, the events in "Chosen" were way too rushed. The actual battle should have taken most of an entire episode, switching scenes around to each group. Giles and Wood, Xander and Dawn, especially Anya and Andrew, should have had more action time, and it would have been good if Kennedy had been required to do more than just sit and wait to deliver the Scythe to Buffy. All we saw was Xander protecting Dawn, Giles protecting a wounded Wood, and Anya in her WAY too brief moment of glory. Even the fight in the hellmouth should have taken longer.

If I remember correctly the network wanted a two-hour finale but Josh wanted to show (much like OMWF) what he could do in an hour of television. I agree, it felt rushed.

Wouldn't it be great if an original two hour version really existed (or enough stock footage to MAKE one) and it somehow became available to buy?
Dark Willow Vs Buffy/Giles was my least favorite, i couldnt stand seeing them hit each other with magic and fireballs, it was like watching harry potter.

^ Plus, we didn't even see half of it. Just the after-effects of the destroyed Magic Shop. That fight always disappointed me a bit, though I can understand that due to budget constraints they couldn't do much.

I thought the same plus Buffy fighting Willow was lame, she said that she'd show Willow what a true slayer was and we all just saw what she usually fights like. I was expecting to see a true slayer strength and skills come out with no holding back but we got nothing.

Also looking back Chosen's fight was too quick it was nice to see a bit of fighting from all the potentials but Buffy only got about 5 minutes of proper fighting in that last bit. She should have shown off and gone all out but nope usual fighting and then boom its all over.

I think there are a lot of disappointing ones. A really good fight is when Buffy gets smacked down too.. It's the best. Gives the feeling of a real struggle!

I was always disappointed of Angel not killing Riley when they fought in 'The Yoko Factor'.

Same with me. I could never stand Riley although as a person she was perfect for Buffy.

Although it's already been said The Dracula fight aswell.

It was funny to see Xander under Dracula's spell though.
