Most Dramatic Part of Season 5??...

The whole season WAS dramatic. I loved what they did with the episode The Body. It was well done. But I have to go with Buffy dying at the end. When she takes off running in slow motion and you hear what she's saying to Dawn I just start balling. I have seen it dozens of times but it always gets me.
 
Everyone always gave Anya a hard time for her rude and insensitive comments; even I found it annoying sometimes but the Scooby's didn't seem to realize that Anya's knowledge of humans was men are evil, kill them all. They didn't realize human emotion was new to her. I felt sorry for her cuz' she doesn't understand what's going on around her but no one will talk about it and she gets more confused.

To the topic: Everyone's reaction to Buffy's death.
 
in the body, when she is shouting @ joyce to wake up. and also in 'spiral' when the general tells buffy and dawn about the keys purpose.
 
omg all of it...how can you choose one part...when i watch buffy i get so sucked into everyones emotions...when riley left yer i cried hard, i cried for her , for her lose and for her pain, i cried alot when her mum died and again when she died....every episode of every buffy is an emotional rollarcoaster for me...i can relate to alot of it and if i can i can imagine how buffy would feel...as i said i get sucked in alot..
 
the body is one of the sadest eps i've ever seen in my whole life... and the makers of BTVS did t all so briliantly, with no music and the pictures... and i agree with you on anya's speech...
 
joyce's death
cause i knew buffy'd be back, but joyce's death seemed so real and unneccessary, the pointless death of a wonderful human being, which happens far too often in the real world and that just made it more dramatic for me
 
What was the saddest part

it has to be buffy dying by far
nothing could have been worse than that
i was crying like mad but about riley
i am so glad he left the show
 
So many good ones, I would have to say when Buffy finds her mother dead, and when she dies at the end of the season..both incredibly powerful and well done.
 
I think when Buffy died at the end was the most dramatic part, and Joyce's death was a close second.
 
Yes! Lots of drama that season! I agree with Buffy's swan dive being number one. Beautiful form! From the time she said 'Dawny I have to' to Spike breaking down so hard and all of her friends standing around and then the shot of her grave...ah man...here come the water works...*bites lower lip*...that was the best...
 
I just watched the epp when Buffy sacrafices herself...I cried. When everybody was standing over her and Spike was kneeling and crying...oh it killed me. I had not cried-cried for awhile watching the show and that really got to me. It was very well written and performed.

Another part which happend either earlier in the epp or in a previous epp. Spike is thanking Buffy for her kindness and how she always "treats him like a man". That actually made me start tearing up a little bit. He's so geniune.
 
Another very dramatic part is when Buffy's mom died and also when Riley left. There are many dramatic scenes! 😱

Definetly "The Gift" in the Slayer dept.

But in regular life, Joyce's death..
 
I liked better Joyce's death as it changed both regular and slaying life of Buffy.Now she had to take care of her sister and still slay...
