I was watchin School Hard on tv this morning and the bit where Joyce hits Spike over the head with the axe always kinda bugs me.
Spike: "Women!", Joyce: "Nobody lays a hand on my little girl." I mean yay Joyce, but the dialogue here always comes off as lame to me.

Actually half of his jokes annoy me.

DAWN:
"There's a meat party in my mouth!" (but she acknowledges it, so it's all good)
"Get out, get OUT, GET OUT!"
The way she delivered "What am I?!?!" She sounded like she was BM'ing while saying it.

SPIKE:
"Fee Fye Fo Fum... I smell the blood of a young girl"
Everything else he said was pretty cool, even that whole I'm drowning in you bit.

WILLOW:
Pretty much the delivery on all her lines as Dark Willow
"Oh my Goddess"
Her rant in "Pangs"

OMWF:
When Anya sang "Beady eyes is right, we're needed" in "Walk Through the Fire", it sounded like "Beady eyes is wight, weeyah needed."
When Buffy sang in "If We're Together", the line is "What can't we face when we're together?" but she sings it "What can't we face when we're togetha? and the following line, she sings "What's in this place that we can't weath-UHR?" It just doesn't sound right!!!!
And I'm glad that Dawn didn't sing that much.

Actually I thought Blinvisible was quite funny. I'm pretty sure he realized that it was stupid. Idk, I thought it was funny because it's like he couldn't think of anything, but he still had to make a joke out of it.

I thought the "Oh my goddess" thing was kind of intense, but at the same time extremely corny. And when I say extremely...

I agree with all except what you said about Xander... The Blinvisible thing was supposed to be stupid, and he realized that. 🙂 It was just him trying to make a joke and nothing rhymes with invisible...
The diction stuff in OMWF drove me nuts, as a singer. I can't handle that when people don't pronounce stuff right. LOL

As You Were was on FX earlier, and it reminded me of a line I really hate, when Spike says:

"If I knew you were coming I'd have baked a cake."

Probably because for a lot of the upcoming episodes previously bits, it's repeated and also because it gets that annoying song stuck in my head.

Are there any lines in either Buffy or Angel that make you cringe everytime you hear them?

I have a couple...

Spike's "I'm a bloody animal!" in Doomed, Willow's "Fly, my pretty, fly!" in Grave.

I'm sure there are more, but those are the ones that come to mind off the top of my head!

All good choices, but I've have to go with this interaction:

[she starts beating him up]
Spike: Come on, that's it, put it on me. Put it all on me. That's my girl.
Buffy: I am not your girl.
[knocks him down and starts pounding him]
Buffy: You don't have a soul. There is nothing good or clean in you. You are dead inside. You can't feel anything real. I could never be your girl.

Makes me cringe everytime...

These lines always make me cringe:

Spike: You're in my gut. . . my throat. . . I'm drowning in you Summers. I'm drowning in you."
Sorry. Way too cheesy.

Other ones that just irritate me:

Buffy: I'm having a wicked shoe craving.
Xander: Aren't you on the patch?

Angel: I can walk like a man, but I'm not one.

Whenever Buffy refers to anyone as "their honey" or "my lover." etc

"I'm talking about watching my lover die!"
"They deserve a night with their honeys." (paraphrased)
God I HATE those descriptions. Can't she just say boyfriend/girlfriend like a normal person?
