Which episode of Buffy and/or Angel do you find yourself watching the most often? Or which one would you put on if you really needed a quick BtVS/AtS fix?

Once More with Feeling... i think this is an obvious one but by now i know all the words to the entire episode. Plus, cute Tillow stuff
Well, I watch This Year's Girl most often.
But if I truly need a quick fix I'll just go on YouTube and watch all the iconic scenes, like Buffy killing Angel, the yellow crayon speech etc, it just reminds me why I'll never stop watching Buffy when I'm not able to watch full episodes.

Pangs is really rewatchable! I know it's problematic in some ways, but it's funny and it's got a little something for everyone to do. Earshot is also a great episode to revisit.

For Angel, I would probably say Guise Will Be Guise. I also really like to rewatch Parting Gifts.
 
My Buffy go to episodes that I love re-watching are: NKABOTFD (Buffy is adorable, Owen is a doofus, Cordy gets owned, Angel looks hot); Bad Eggs (Bangel smoochies, Buffy being a bad ass, the Gorch Brothers) and Dopplegangland (this one requires no explanation - it's great everyone is so funny!).

My AtS go to episodes are GWBG (I think its comedy gold on top of having some really interesting insights on these characters) and Smile Time (come on.... puppet angel....)
 
Room W/ Vu for Angel. Not sure for Buffy. Too many different ones. I think it depends on mood.

I think if i wanted to explain why I love Buffy so much, I might direct them to Prophecy Girl... but I am not sure it's my favorite. I do love the girl getting her groove back, though.
 
Once More With Feeling has been by far my most rewatched Buffy episode, but I am kinda new to the fandom... Give it time. 🙂
 
I have several go-to episodes for AtS (because I just love it so much) but at the top of the list are City Of, The Ring, Are You Now Or Have You Ever Been, Darla, Reunion, Sleep Tight, Apocalypse Nowish, Orpheus, Conviction, Damage and Not Fade Away.

Go-to eps for BtVS are Angel, Prophecy Girl, What's My Line Pts 1 & 2, Becoming, The Prom, The Gift and OMWF.
 
Buffy: Beer Bad for sure. No matter how many times I watch it, it always kills me. 😀

Angel: It's a toss up between Spin the Bottle and Guise Will Be Guise. Alexis pretty much stole both episodes, he was so funny!!
 
omg, I forgot Earshot!!! It's definitely up there! I don't understand how I forgot my favorite s3 episode lol
 
I don't watch much AtS since I really don't like Cordelia and Angel the series & Angel the character became obsessed with her.

But I think The Girl in Question is hilarious. I hated that Andrew tricked them and have to believe if there was a s6 it would've been revealed to be a lie. At the time, it was just Joss still being pissed at SMG. As if Buffy would be partying in Rome after activating every Potential on Earth. She'd do what she did in the s8 comics with training centers, squads, and financial assistance.

Spike: You have no idea what I had to go through to get this jacket.

Angel - All Angelus episodes in S4 - Smile Time - All episodes with Darla , The Girl In Question , Few of the later episodes with Spike too.

Buffy - Amends, Passion, Earshot, Angel, Halloween, Beauty & The Beasts , Graduation day P1&2 , Pangs

Definitely a lot more but just off the top of my head
