Well, I'm not sure where to post this, because it spans every season, but...

Who is the most skilled fighter? Not talking strength here, but fighting skill (for example, I'd probably rank Giles above a newly activated Slayer on skill, even though he'd probably be less useful in a fight).

I'd probably go with Holtz, he only had human strength but took struck fear into the hearts of vamps, he also took down guys shooting machine guns at him with relative ease and only a sword.

Dark Willow. If she could've gotten a hold of that mojo, she'd have been more vital to the team than buffy, or anybody else for that matter, could ever hope to be.

I think Gunn had some serious moves. He spent his entire life fighting vamps on the streets and had developed a fighting style (as well as a penchant for creating custom vamp-slaying weapons) that was uniquely suited to this purpose. He's not as strong as a vamp or a slayer, but his skill makes up for that and makes him a very valuable asset in a fight.

If you're speaking strictly of non-Slayer humans, then my vote would go to Connor. He had superhuman strength, speed, and agility, was trained by the most formidable human vampire fighter (Holtz) in the world, and had the added experience of surviving for 15 years in a demon infested hell dimension.

I'm not speaking of strictly non-vampire humans. But yeah, I'd say Connor was a pretty good fighter (trained by Holtz & Angel). It seemed though that his lack of strength was his biggest problem when facing off against Angel or Faith, sure he's a "super being," and plenty stronger than standard vamps, but he got demolished by both of them.

Willow- becuz she's powerful + clever + computer skill. i mean, she doesnt just use magic but she concerns everything before actions.

Buffy I guess. She has fought for a long time and she probably does have a lot of slayer-memory from the other slayers to help her.

But otherwise, I'm guessing Spike. He has been in love with fighting for decades, so I would guess it's him.

Hard to tell tough, since hardly anoyone on the show has the same amount of body-strength. Skills can only take you taht far if you don't have power.
