Most Underrated Episode

What's your favorite of the unpopular episodes? Mine would be Bad Eggs, which seems to get bashed a lot around here. In fact, I was shocked that people didn't like it.

I love the Buffy/Angel kissage, "When I look into my future, all I see is you." It's the last time they're truly happy before Angel turns.

Plus, I think some of the antics with the eggs are funny, like Xander dropping his hardboiled egg on the floor.

AGREED!!! I love it cause it has so many Bangel kisses!!!and yeah it is the last one before Angel leaves...for good!
Dead Things. I get the impression that it's not very popular and considered a pretty bad episode, but I think it's excellent.

So dark and twisted and really one of the extreme lowpoints of season six... but that's what makes it great.

I like this episode a lot..
I love Beer bad. It's not a great episode as such but I just can't bring myself to hate it. But maybe I love Cave Buffy more than the actual episode. But no matter the reason I really enjoy the episode.

Cave Buffy is hilarious! I love SMG there!
Ted. A lot of people don't like it but I so enjoy it. I love Bangel scene in that episode and Buffy's feelings. Also it was interesting.

I loved Ted. I thought John Ritter was hilarious "Beg to differ little lady"

I saw Ted for the first time the other day and liked it I don't know why I didn't watch it before since John Ritter was a good actor.
Anne. I love this episode, I think it highlights beautifully Buffy's despair and depression. The scene of her sitting on the bed in some old rag of a shirt that is the same colour of the apartment walls to the point where she blends in, highlighting how lost she was, clutching on to a can of soup and just staring at nothing is speaks volumes of how Buffy was feeling. Possibly my fav shot in the entire verse. Some beautiful Bangel moments, Cordy and Xander hilarity and one of the best lines ever said on the show "I'm Buffy, the vampire Slayer, and you are?".

Love love love this ep!

I didn't like Anne the first time I watched it, but I grew to love it after subsequent viewings. It's really good.

I love the beach scene in this episode and the line If I Was Blind I Would See You.
ITA with the peope who've said Ted, Bad Eggs and Beer Bad, I actually kinda love those episodes.. I think most of the season one episodes are underrated, a lot of people criticize the entire seasons but I find a lot of the episodes are really enjoyable.
 
I like Bad Eggs too and I love Beer Bad. I have loads of episodes that I feel like they need more credits.

BtVS - Forever. Just because it's after The Body, it doesn't mean it's less good then The Body. And I love Blood Ties very much too.

Ats - Shells. Same reason with above. When it comes to Illyria, people always talk about A Hole in the World even Shells is better, IMO.
 
I'd agree about Bad Eggs & Beer Bad. I've always loved Bad Eggs & Beer Bad is so funny plus I like watching Buffy hit parker in the head.
 
Dunno if it's that underrated, but i love The zeppo. It's hilarious but so random at the same time. 😀
Plus yay for Xander related episode.
 
BtVS: Beer Bad, Dead Things, Lies My Parents Told Me (is that underrated?), Inca Mummy Girl, Wrecked... I don't think there's much "Wrecked" hate out there, but any at all makes it underrated. And, the big one, my personal favorite favorite episode NORMAL AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Normal Again rules...possibly the only episode of s6 that I actually enjoy watching
I really love Lullaby and Sense and Sensitivity, and also pretty much EVERY Btvs S1 episode. (Except, of course, "I Robot, You, Jane".) 😀

The Zeppo. The concept is just awesome...it's about Xander's donut run in the middle of an apocalypse. Plus, you just have to love how much the writers make fun of themselves.

Oh, also, Intervention. It's easily one of the funniest episodes in the series but no one ever mentions it as a favorite.

I would list Intervention as a favourite. :)
Intervention is one of my favorites. I don't know if it's underrated but I like S7 pre-potentials like Same Time, Same Place and Help.

ha my mom loves Intervention she LOL'ss every time.
AtS: Definitely Sense and Sensitivity. I DIED laughing when I watched that 😛
BtVS: Hmm... well, I'm gonna say Welcome to the Hellmouth/The Harvest.
It's the pilot yeah, and season 1 doesn't get much love -- but it's just awesome 😀

I do! I absolutely love it.

I don't like everything in Normal again but it's one of my absolute favourites. It was great with the concept of everything just being a fantasy.
 
School Hard. It has its own thread but it doesn't get talked much. Plus Spike and Dru are introduced so what's not to love?

The Zeppo. I'm a big Xander fan but this episode has its moments
