Wonderful episodes that don't get the attention they deserve? Hmm...
Just finished my Buffy rewatch and just getting started on my Angel rewatch, so I think I'll stick with BtVS for now.

Nightmares, Anne, Selfless, Potential

^Those four like, really stick out as great episodes that just don't get credit. Selfless and Potential especially, character centered episodes in an over-ambitious final season. (two characters that didn't get much to do that season anyway, these episodes really did it right)

Then there's underrated in the sense of just really not beingvious as bad as everyone makes them out to be. As previously mentioned, The Puppet Show. Or Doublemeat Palace (no it's not groundbreaking television but it made for an entertaining hour, imo)

They go to Italy.. the head in the duffle bag.. Buffy dancing with the Immortal. Riding the Vespa. Wolfram & Hart Italian branch.

And the other Girl in Question - Illyria becoming Fred for her parents.
And the Spangel - so much Spangel.
I love it!

As for underrated - definitely Harmony's Way.

* I really like Gingerbread even though I know many don't.
* Didn't realize it wasn't liked, but seen it mentioned here, so "Potential"

ATS-
* "The House Always Wins" (recently saw it on a 5 worst Angel episodes list. I always enjoy it.)

Wild at Heart, Bewitched, The Initiative, Anne, Real Me etc.

I highly agree with 'Anne'. I grew to love the episode after re-watching a few times
