I kind of doubt it. Maybe it's just me, but online there seems to be more people disliking than liking the motion comic. If those online voices represnt the rest of the fandom, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Correct. Their stuff was used, but they had nothing to do with it. Might not even get paid extra for their work being used.
I don't really get how that's legal, but whatever! If Joss & Dark Horse gave their permission, I guess it's OK with me. Although that in and of itself makes me lose interest. Plus, I saw the preview on Amazon, not all that excited. But if it ended up on Netflix, I'd watch it (although I know it's out on Blu-Ray, and I think my membership doesn't include that).
I don't think they did give their permission, it was FOX decision. I don't have a source, but that's what I remember/heard/think.
Oh that's right. Do we ever get an opinion from Joss or Scott Allie or anybody at Dark Horse? I wonder what they think about it.
