Motorola usb connect phone to mp3?

I was wondering if anyone here has a cell phone that they have hooked up to their mp3 player to get songs off of it?

I purchased a new motorola that has the capabilites of connecting it to my mp3 player. Only thing is, I can't find anyone who knows what this cable is called.

Does anyone here know what it is I am talking about and how to find it?

I emailed motorola but I am just....waiting.

I don't know the exact name, but I've always called it the USB cable with a normal USB connection and a the small USB connection at the other end and they knew what I was talking about.

Yeah, but mp3 players and cell phones would have the same connector. The USB connector on the USB cable fits a computer's USB port, not the smaller port that phones and mp3 players have.

If you can't find a cable that has that smaller connector at both ends, you can probably find an adapter for it. Fry's might sell them, Fry's Electronics. They sell an adapter for just about anything. Or, you can try Tech Depot, CDW, or Tiger Direct. Also...there's a cell phone accessory store....can't remember the name of it, but I have it bookmarked at work, I can PM it to you tomorrow.
