Can anyone think of some real doozies?

All I can think of at the moment are:
The Sixth Sense
The Others
The Prestige (although I picked that one about halfway through but it would have been good if I hadn't).

My mind's a blank at the moment (surprise, surprise)....remember any good ones?

Well if I have caught it correctly I'd say uuh they are sooo many and I don't remember the titles of any of them!

1/ Gossip with Kate Hudson and James Marsden
2/ The Grudge 2 - I really really expected another ending. But I'm an optimist so...
3/ Fight Club

I haven't seen Gossip for so long...can't even really remember what's it about now! : erm :

hehe then I'll add "I know what you did last summer". It had some twists and there was a pretty hot actor cast in it 😀 It always gets me sad that Ryan and Sarah had to go like that...

Gossip and the Skeleton Key were good.

Abandon was quite good too
Identity was brilliant
Wild Things deserves a mention
Soul Surviors. Although Im not sure you could really call that a twist. Problem with that one is every other horror movie is going for a twist just like that now and its predictable and boring as hell. At least I didnt see it coming in Soul Survivors.

There are loads more but my brain doesnt work this early in the morning.

ok - i'm the movie guy i'm throwing myself into this full tilt

First off WHAT THE HELL - IS NO ONE GOING TO MENTION "The Wizard Of Oz" - probably the first big plot twist ever in the movies 🙂

Night of the Living Dead (who knew they'd kill everyone???)
The Break-Up (Um...they never got back together! That threw me off)

gonna go with Identity as my top 'Never saw THAT coming' movie. 'cause, really, who DID see that coming?

Next, Nicholas Cage's latest movie, really threw me for a loop too. me and my friend were sitting there as the credits rolled thinking 'WTF?!'

Identity sucked, because of that twist. I utterly loathe all movies that have that twist, there seem to be a lot of them. It's so infuriating, after you spent two hours on something.

Stay didn't have a real twist...but some people might call it that. That was a lame ass movie, albeit intriguing.

Also, Ive never seen another movie with a twist like that. in fact never mind twist. I should say twists. There were technically 2 of them.

No, I'm saying it was a retarded twist. One that made the entire movie seemed like a complete and total waste of time.

Im sorry, you may not have liked it but it was not "retarded".
Everyone I know that has seen it thought it was brilliant. How did it make the movie a waste of time? i thought it was perfect. How would you have done it then? Nothing else would really have worked. unless you just wanted another stupid ghost story. Honestly, Im sick of that. I thought Identity was fun and original.

i'm with Wicked. Identity was supurb. the twist was one of the most original things i'd seen. far from making the movie a waste of time, it turned what would have been an ordinary horror/ghost story, into something original and thought provoking. not one person i know came out of that movie and thought it was a waste of time.
