This is the cutest thing ever!

To celebrate the publication of our Joss Whedon special, we have a skewed look at the famous icon from the end of his Mutant Enemy shows"¦

To mark the publication of our latest Worlds Of Whedon SFX special edition, here's a little bit of fun for you"¦

Every episode of Buffy ended with the Mutant Enemy zombie grrr-aarrgghhing his way across the screen. On some special occasions, though, he was subtly altered to suit the subject of the episode. For example, in "Graduation Day Part 2" he wore a mortar board, and in "Once More, With Feeling" he sung for us. At SFX, we were gagging for more zombie fun, so we've made up a few variations of our own"¦

Although I completely disagree with the one from Restless...it clearly should've had the Cheese Man! Look at the boobs on the Buffybot, LMAO!

Hmmm, maybe its just me but I really didn't like any of those 🙁 And yeah the Restless one looks like he's wearing a santa hat. And Warren did not make the Buffbot in I was Made to Love You, thats just when Spike commissions him to make her... if we were to have seen a Buffybot mutant enemy monster it woulda been for Intervention.

VisionGirl agrees: Picky, picky, picky! 😉

No its true, I really am ultra picky, to a fault... maybe I should work on that, lol.

Picky, picky, picky! ;)
LOL Those are so cute... I really wish he had've used the Storyteller one, but I agree that the "Restless" one should have been The Cheese Man. 😀

Oh, cool! Cheese Man does rule!
They actually took it all very literally lol.

Lol I liked the Dracula one but the rest were kind of eh. And Restless should totally have been the cheese man.

Hahahah these were funny. I liked the Andrew & Restless ones the best 🙂

I'm with everyone else here - The Cheeseman would have been a great monster!

It's a cute idea to come up with different mutant enemy monster for the different episode. I thought the Buffybot one was cute as, but it really frustrated me that they hadn't bothered to get the episode or specifics correct.

Xanders doppelganger was a cool idea as well. It would have been cool to see the first one go past and then directly after a second one goes past.

For Hush he could have put his finger to mouth and shushed.
