Not to be all negative, but at first I thought this was Faith. It's Willow, right?
Don't get me wrong, you're talented, but you need to take facial characteristics of who you are drawing and make them more defined.

Ooh, see now, I like the charcoal, yeah.
I'd always drawn these wispy, wimpy graphite pencil drawings up through high school. Then in college I got addicted to the high contrast charcoal and pastels. Much punchier (and easier to get a good image drawn quickly"”for the lazy and impatient, heh).
I think you've got a good eye for likenesses. Sometimes, the proportions are a little wonky, but that can be so tricky... Good stuff.
It's fun to try drawing in white on a black surface too. Makes you focus on highlights...

Nice! I really like charcoal... it's fun to do and almost always turns out good. Love it... their faces are sliiightly odd but other than that it's great. Probably better than I could do.

as always hee hee i found Wes a bit hard to do infact thios was hard to do cos of the shadows on the pic.
