My Buffy fan fiction character

Recently I've been focusing a lot on my Buffy fan fiction character, his name is Daniel Revils and he's the Minder. A Minder is a formidable and gallant fighter that swears allegiance to the Slayer and the Watcher's council. If a Slayer dies it's the Minder's duty to take over fighting the vampires, demons and forces of darkness until a new Slayer is trained and prepared to join the fight.
I'm still writing out the fan fiction as I've got more ideas that keep coming. To make it brief he appears in Season three prior to Faith's arrival. He's half demon but uses his human strength to fight, overusing his demonic strength could cause him to become corrupt. Later on during Season six he realises he has the same powers as Dawn to open dimensions except his power is more stable.
