My Childhood came one step closer to being finally over today

Most of you won't know who I am talking about but today, sadly, Jeremy Beadle died.
Not only was the man the epitomy of my youth with the shows he made, he was also very active in fund raising estimated at £100 Million (thats $200 Million), over 30 years - which I don't have to tell you is amazing.

It isn't often I care about the passing of a celebrity as I generally have other things going on, but today is a sad day for me as not only has a great entertaining and a decent human being but also the part of my youth that he represented has gone. Today is one step closer to me realising I'm not the young guy I once was, instead I am a man that has to start to think about the future.

Jeremy Beadle - Rest in Peace.
 
I just saw this on Sky News. He was only 59. He hadn't being doing much telly-wise of late but like you said as a child he was a big fixture and I'm saddened to see him go.
