Sorry, couldn't resist the 'cowboys and indians' joke... (er are the appropriate terms caucasian ranchers & native americans). 😉

According to the history books that I read, the "native Americans" came across a natural land bridge from Russia, so they're no more "native" than any other group of people living in the U S. They just immigrated earlier. A more appropriate, though somewhat less noble sounding, description would be "aboriginal Americans," but only as describing the people in question until the late 19th Century. Today, we're all native Americans if we were born here.
 
According to some books all humanity comes from Africa. So there are no natives of a country only those who invaded the country first.
And those 'natives' who claim land rights. They are admitting they are not believers of God.
 
If you are looking at American and Canadian history books, you will be told that all of the native population came across a land bridge through Alaska. One linguistic study found something different: the Nootka natives of British Columbia have the word "shul" in their language and it means the same as in Hebrew (and is the origin of the word "school"). A large number of people from the tribes of Israel moved east with a number in China. When China attacked Japan in 1274 and again in 1281 and the Japanese were rescued by the "kamikaze" or "divine wind", the wind blew the Chinese ships past Japan and across the Pacific. Some of the seamen on board would have been Jewish, so Judaism existed in British Columbia in the thirteenth century. The residents of Western Samoa do not look Polynesian and legend has it the Israelite tribe of Naphtali moved east until they settled there.

If you were educated in Mexico or any country in Central or South America, you would have been taught that their population was made up of Polynesians who arrived by sea, intentionally or not, and set up settlements in the New World. Certainly, many of the people look Polynesian or Oriental or a mixture of south Asian (from India) and oriental.

There are other stories that say the birthplace of mankind was what is now Arizona and the native population is truly native - they never arrived from anywhere else.

Then you have the Mandan tribe, the blue-eyed Indians of the Dakotas. Actually, they may be descendants of Leif Ericsson and his crew of Norwegians that landed in the new World. There were Norse and Basque settlements in Newfoundland a millennium ago and there may have been some intermarriage with local native populations.

Then there are the Ainu, the blue-eyed native of northern Japan who were also probably Vikings.

Don't mine me, ancient migrations are interesting and they tend to defy orthodox thinking in history books.

Let's not forget the people who claim that the entire human race is actually descended from stranded extra terrestrials, who point to the sudden rise of Cro Magnon Man and the extinction of Neanderthal Man as evidence that the ancient astronauts actually either destroyed or absorbed early Earth humanity.
 
Archaeogenetics is really starting to show how & when different groups of peoples actually migrated into certain places.
 
And to one of those places became those of great ones of Buffy Boards.
Then, when Buffy Summers felt that true greatness was upon her she formed The House of the Black Thorn. Yippee!
