My PM dont work

Every time I send A PM (to who ever) no one ever replies......it says they read it but I wait and no one writes back.....is there sumtin wrong with my PM or maybe no one wantes to write me back LOL 🙁

when ever i send you a PM it says your box is full and that an e-mail has been sent to you to notify you. and ive never had a PM from you. if i did, i would have replyed. just incase i was one of thoes people who didnt reply.
