There is a 'Submit' link at the top. If it works the same way as the others, people vote on whether or not it should be approved. I'm hoping to disable this so they don't have to be approved, they just post automatically.

Bad news guys. I got roped into working 5 to midnight today :\
I need the hours, so I can't complain. As soon as I get home I have to get ready and clean up. I won't have any time to do anything. FML
