I'm guessing some by show because I'm not good with character names and I haven't watched some of these shows but I recognize them.


Buffy (duh!), House, JD, main character from 30 Rock, River from Firefly, Jack from Lost, Doctor Who, Don from Mad Men, Barney, Quinn or Brittany from Glee, Jeff from Community, Sheldon, Spock, and is this the guy from Parks and Recreation?
 
The guy at the front with the white shirt and pocket protector is Chuck from... 'Chuck'

Well, I can name most of the shows that they're from...haha

Buffy, Firefly, True Blood, The Office, Arrested Development, The Office, House, The Big Bang Theory, Dexter, HIMYM, Doctor Who, Glee, Star Trek, Alias...?, Scrubs, 30 Rock, Breaking Bad...and that's about all that I recognize.

Sherlock (BBC Sherlock) is the one spilling the wine(drink) on the guy. Eleventh doctor with the fez hat on near that Breaking bad character.

Brittany from Glee is on the couch. Right next to Barney Stinson from How I met your Mother.

I see Buffy staking what looks like Bill (From True Blood)

Number Six (From Battlestar Galactica) on the couch with the guy from the Office.

Sheldon from the big Bang theory in the Green Lantern shirt with Spock. And Chuck in his nerd herd uniform/clothes.

And person dressed in the police uniform with the hat is from The Walking Dead.
 
The blue guy is Tobias Fünke from Arrested Development and the guy with "red on him" is Dexter Morgan.
