What's your favorite "Adult" beverage? Do you have a signature drink when you go out to the bars? Is there anything that makes you horribly sick?
 
More of a fan of the hard liquor. I don't want to be sipping on some beer all night.

And I hate b*tch beer aka Smirnoff & Skyy Blue (which leaves the oddest taste in your mouth)
 
my favourite 'adult' beverage has to be Carling.. or sometimes XXXX.. and then sometimes I dont mind a bit of vodka and coke... oo and then I like archers and lemonade. Lambrini makes me sick.. specially if a barcadi breezer has followed down afterwards..
 
I have a few.

I love Tequila (preferably slammers).

Sex on the Beach, which consists of Archers (Peach schnapps), orange juice, cranberry juice and Vodka, its really fruity and summery and when made properly makes two colors like a sunset, hence Sex on the Beach. Orange on the bottom and Red on the top.

I have never (touch wood) been sick or had a hangover when drunk. But I reckon if someone made me drink Absinth - pronounced Ab-Sin-Th would make me feel icky. I had it mixed with Vodka, Tequila and Red Bull, took one sip and yuck, thing tasted vile. It tastes like really REALLY strong liquorice (which I HATE). The next day I was smelling and tasting it everywhere, even though I had had one sip. Bleuch.
 
Don't like the ***** beers either...after a while they just get so nauseatingly sweet and you're so right about the nasty aftertaste.

I love Grey Goose L'Orange with Cranberry juice on the rocks...tastes like Hawaiian Punch 🙂 Also I'm a big red wine drinker and when I'm in the mood for beer it's almost always Amstel Light. I tried that Michelob Ultra once and it tasted like seltzer to me...
 
I drink JD&Coke. Aah, that sweet taste.
Other than that it's just beer for me. All that other stuff makes me throw up. And I've had more than one accident on friends rugs/sofas and such.
So if I kept on with that no one would envite me to their parties 😉
 
Well, my drinking days were over CENTURIES ago...lol...haven't had a real drink since I was 24 or so. But when I WAS drinking, I would pretty much drink anything and everything (booze-related of course). My friends and I were quite the accomplished "weekend drunks".

Hell...we even had our own drunken jingle....modelled after the old TOYS 'R' US jingle called "I Don't Wanna Throw Up". 😛

Nowadays, when I'm in the mood, I'll have the occasional brew, but no hard liquor. I'll usually have a SAM ADDAMS....or perhaps a GUINESS, or even a CORONA. Even back in my hard-drinkin' days, I always tried to avoid Budweiser....that watery PRETENDER to the throne of beers. It provides NO buzz at all, just makes you go to the bathroom all the time, lol.

I mostly just drink beer, since I'm only 18 (and you have to be 20 to go to "systembolaget" where you buy.. well, anything else). But when I happen to know someone over 20, I'll drink what I can get, heh.. No I don't drink what ever and I almost never drink too much.
 
So im the only one who likes girly drinks then? Dont care about the taste that much, its rare I have more then 3 in one night, not a big booze fan.
 
I like the b-tch drinks. I don't want it to actually taste like it's alcohol. I like Smirnoff Twisted and Mike's Hard Cranberries. I'm also a big fan of vodka, and have been known to chug it right out of the bottle.

The signature drink around my friends is vodka and Mountain Dew. My boyfriend mixes it just so you can barely taste the vodka.

The one thing that made me sick was a White Russian [Kaluha and cream] that I chugged on my boyfriends birthday. Yes, there was barf. And almost passing out-ness. It was not fun.

I cannot drink Apple Martinis anymore after seeing what they did to my mom @ her anniversary party...ickkkk

Oooh..Also good..Mimosas...always my favorite at the Airport Bars before boarding 😀
 
I can never understand the American fascination with cocktails, although I have been known to try the odd Marguerita, Screwdriver, Harvey Wallbanger, Brandy Sour or two 😉
My usual poison of choice is red wine - cheap, drinkin' wine, not your posh, expensive stuff 🙂 or lager (Carling or Carlsberg in the UK - Coors Lite in the US).
I used to like the real ales but perhaps I'm not quite such a bore these days (and as for real cider - decided I'd rather keep the brain relatively intact 😛)
 
Dreamcicles or Arbor Mist Peach are my favorites, love tequila but it doesnt love me anymore. Cant stomach beer unless it has V8 in it.

I'm a hard liquor chick. No Beer here. Love A&C, Kessler and coke, or sometimes an Ameretto Stone Sour Blend when I'm feelin froggy! Tee-hee. Seem to be lucky with the fact that I've never exerienced a hang-over. However I get extremely ill drinking Vodka!
 
I'm generally a beer guy. Although I also enjoy a nice glass of Merlot with dinner. I have also been know to have the occasional Irish Coffee.
 
Does anyone like shots?

There are some really good ones out at the mo, like Goldshlager which is yummy, tastes like aniseed.

My friend loves Aftershock, which is just a bit too strong for me.
