Nathion Fillion on Desperate Housewives?

According to SpoilerFix and TVGuide.com, executives are looking to cast Nathan Fillion in the upcoming fourth season of Desperate Housewives.

The Hollywood Reporter [reports] that Nathan Fillion is being eyed to play the strapping, tight-pants-wearing younger husband of Delany's character (a wholesome, Bree-like Republican). Lyndsy Fonseca (How I Met Your Mother) is in talks to play the new Wisteria Lane couple's hell-raising daughter.

That's cool. I'd like to see more of Nathan again. Also, having to look at this Forseca-girl for a whole season doesn't seem like a punishment 😀

Dana Delaney or however you spell her name is joining the cast too. I'm hoping these new cast members will breathe new life into this show - I've been watching since day one but I don't really like how the show has become light and sitcom-ish, I hope with season four it gets much darker with mostly black humor. I miss the black humor of season one...
