lakes vs the spurs is gonna be one hell of a series...this might be the year the lakers don't win...cause if they beat san...then they gotta beat sac....this might be the year

I agree on thursday night at LA the series is over.

I was suprised that Phoenix did not even bother to show up last night. So It will be Spurs v. Lakers, again.

Indiana decided to win a game but thats only delaying the inevitable, they are not winning 3 games in a row so I expect that series to be finished next game.

if minn can get the second scorer needed to win a championchip...like a vince carter...if they get that second wheel...they take the west...

Yeah, but Minn give how much to KG??They're not so freaking loaded they can afford anyone else surely?Trade Sczerbiak,he's overrated tripe..... 😀

trading sczbiealaklaka would do it...KG does take allot of cap room...but it is possible for 2 stars to co exist on one team..

if ya wanna win...gotta bust the dough...sac in reality has only one bonafied superstar in webber....so if min can get one more scorer...watch out wester conference...

if dallas gets a low post presence...like a ben wallace...able to beat the lakers...

after this year...san anton is going down hill...if they don't win it all this year...they are screwed...

suns...team of the future...they got amare...he's going to be a bad mother when he matures...perhaps if the suns get a guard to replace marbury cause in a few years stephon is going to lose his quickness....which is pretty much his only strength...

if the team that gets lebron james builds a good lineup behind him...they'll be contending in the east in no time...

Hey that's the Lakers for the last 4 years, 2 superstars co-existing.

I am watching Portland not look so well out there in the 4th.

Personally I oculdnt believe how badly Orlando looked today, I mean when you have a chance to close out a team you have to do it, but the last 2 days have seen that a lot, Indiana wins, Detroit wins and the Hornets win. But I dont think any one of them is actually going to win the series.

i'm looking at the box score for game 5...ben wallace had a monster game!!!

14 points
21 boards
4 steals
3 blocks

Damn!!...that's quiet a line man....that's like scoring 45....damn...

Wallace is the most underrated player in the league, too much talent to be unrecognized.

Again Dallas just like the other three where unable to end their series. Portland with a huge win in Dallas. Rasheed Wallace had 14 points in the second half.

Somehow I dont think that Utah is going to prolong their series. But I could be wrong.

utah loses tonight...sac is a team on a mission...

portland might take it if they come together as a team...cause dallas' defense and boarding is horrible...

sac vs. a united portland would be a good series..but sac would win..

agreed

I think that if everything goes the way it looks it will, Lakers v. SA is going to a fun series.

I think the only team that can beat Sacramento is LA, cause LA is all they thnk about, they never beat them when it counted and no matter what they say they blew it last year, they had a chance to go to the finals but blew it, I think thats the series in the West everyone wants to see, LA v. SAC, should be tons of fun.

don't count out san antonio...they beat la before...granted without phil..but phil never takes a shot...shaq and kobe do...

i think david got one good series left in him...and duncan...he'll be ready...san antonio is deeper than La...that may play factor...

one things for sure...sac is deeper than everyone...Keon Clark coming of the bench??....crazy...

utah has lost...malone wants to win a championchip before he retires...he'll go to LA....

oh the thought of Malone in LA is uncomfortable for sure, and I think he will show his face there especially if LA does not win a championship. Phil has said that he will leave after a 4th Laker championship.

While I agree that SAC is the most deep, until Webber decides to show up in crunch time I wont worry bout them, game 7 last year. Webber, Stojakovich disappeared, the only person who wanted a shot in the 4th quarter was Bibby.

its in SI as well, oh man I just thought it was one of those espn rumors floating around, let Karl move to New York and play with the knicks or heck move him to Detroit, a guy like him could help with the lack of offense that team has.

Buffy Summers, what team are you a fan of?

malone on detroit....damn...that would make them able to take on the west....

I love the Knicks, but since this year's not their year *cough* my second fav is the Lakers. I'm a Pistons fan from the Isaiah / Rodman days though lol.

And yay just saw that Zo has a clean bill of health 😀

Oh! And yeah the article about Malone...his wife and kids were going around visiting cities and checking out schools etc.

i cry tears....flowing...

detroit will win 2 in a row...and will crush boston...

So as a Knicks fan how would rate this past season, I have a bunch of Knicks fans near me and they all wanted the Knicks to basically throw the season to get as many ping pong balls as possible in order to get Lebron James.

All I know is that last night in the NBA was a bad night for teams on the verge of elimination, they were all gone, Boston disposed of Indiana in relatively easy fashion, San Antonio finished off the Suns whom I thought really had a good shot of winning that game at home. And the Lakers dismantled Minnesota, I knida felt bad for KG I am a big fan, but a Laker fan first and foremost.

Detroit has a tall order ahead, trying to bounce back and win a series, but out of all the teams on the brink they had the best shot, Orlando is not that good of a team, and Detroit has the best D in the league.

Well, that's a good point about LeBron...but I don't know. I don't really want to base my season on one guy...something else needs to happen there.

Get Camby off the pay-roll,trade Sprewell and maybe you'll get somewhere.........::wave::

I couldnt believe that Portland and Detroit won last night, I still think Dallas will win the series but Portland showed tremendous heart, I dont know how many teams have come from 3-0 down to tie up the series but what an impressive string of wins. As for Orlando I think Detroit will probably pull the win out, I cant see Orlando winning it, though I would love to have seen Iverson vs McGrady, that would have been fun.

lakers lose sa win
pist win allen iverson loses
dalass dies sac kills
bost loses nets win

detroit played hellla ill ball...they won't win the championchip...but they will make it to the finals...they are the most complete team in the east

detroit is starting to look scary...detroit, spurs, and sac are on quite a roll...
