She is excellent can't think of a bad performance from her. She just carries herself so well, and is able to play confident and sexy characters but with a bit of an edge and is able to show their flaws too. Down in the Valley is another one she's great in.
 
As a fallow up now that I am on my computer, there is exactly one lesbian feel good movie on my list. And that is Saving Face. Where are those thousands of titles you promised Netflix?!

I like how you've become obsessed with them being "feel good" wouldn't you just settle for good?😀

No I won't! Because the lesbian genre is always so dramatic, even with good movies, it takes a toll after a while when you can't find movies that are happy
