I'm having such a tough go at this one today ya'll. I have so many songs I love for them it's hard to pick. But I'm going to pick "Hurts Like Hell" by Fleurie today.

Sorry y'all, I was at the beach this weekend, so I missed the past few days. I'm gonna try to catch up now.

Aug. 3 - Day 3: Favorite lighthearted/funny Bangel moment
I love when Buffy catches Angel holding Mr. Gordo. My other favorite is when she asks him about immortality and he replies "I'm dying to get rid of that" Dead pan Angel is so hilarious

Aug. 4 - Day 4: What music from the shows do you love the most for Bangel? (This can be score - like "Close Your Eyes" - or a song used for a scene - like "I'll Remember You" or both!)
I love Close Your Eyes, because as soon as that music starts playing you know you are getting a juicy Bangel scene.
But my favorite is "Full of Grace" by Sarah McLachlan. It plays in Becoming Pt. 2 right after Buffy kills Angel. That music along with Buffy's facial expression right after she sends Angel to hell kills me everytime.
The song eve says "I know I can love you much better than this." And I feel like that is how both of them feel. She feels like she could have done more to save him. And he always feels like he can love her better by letting her go to lead a normal life.

Gosh currently I'm stuck between "Over you" by Ingrid Michealson ft. A Great Big World and "Rush" by Lewis Capaldi

Over You- "Maybe if I tell myself enough, maybe if I do. I'll get all over you." - This pretty much sums up what they are trying to do for the entire show, convince themselves to move on because they know they can't be, but they just can't get "over" each other.


Rush- "I know we tried to hold, but where do you go when love it just ain't enough?" Gosh that just screams Bangel. They love each other so much, but they know that their love just isn't enough to make it work with her being human, him being a vampire, and that pesky curse.

I feel so boring going for "Wild Horses" already mentioned, but that's probably it.

Aug. 6 - Day 6: Favorite setting/location for a Bangel scene?

I gotta say any bedroom or apartment setting. I am an introvert type of person, and I ALWAYS find it the coziest with couples just enjoying each other company in the close space of a bedroom where they're just enjoying being together, and shut off from everything else for a while.

I think all of my favorite music from the shows for Bangel got mentioned here or on Twitter/Tumblr — including Magic Snow from Amends and It Doesn't Matter by Alison Krauss and Union Station from When She Was Bad. The only one I didn't see was Goodnight, My Love from Innocence.

I was hoping to stay on track with this... couldn't even make it one day haha

Day 1 – When did you first become a Bangel fan?
I can't say when exactly this happened just because I first watched the show so long ago and I was pretty young, so it's difficult to remember the experience. That being said, I can point to the moment when I realised that I was invested in the Buffy/Angel relationship: Becoming Part 2 when Angel gets his soul back and Buffy sends him to hell. I'm sure I liked B/A well before then – and I do remember being very surprised by the 'Angel's a vampire' reveal – but it's not something I was fully aware of until Angel was, in my mind at the time, gone and thus B/A was no more.

Day 2 – Most heart-melting/romantic Bangel scene

But seriously, I think I'm gonna have to go with the "I didn't even notice." scene, it's such a beautiful moment! I can't even form the words to fully describe the look on Buffy's face, but it's part of why I love that scene so much.

Day 3 – Favourite lighthearted/funny Bangel moment
It's been said already but the "I'm a funny guy." moment always makes me laugh, so I'm using that for today as well.

Day 4 – What music from the shows do you love the most for Bangel?
I wish I could offer an original answer for this one but I can't and I'm going with "Wild Horses." It's not really even the song itself – like, the lyrics as a whole of "I'll Remember You" are probably better suited to their relationship – but it's the way it all plays out in the show that makes me love it most for B/A. Every now and then, people surprise you...

There are other songs I love more, but I don't want to mention songs that have already been said. So I'll say the most recent one I've found: "Better" by Declan J Donovan. I think it fits Angel's post-season 3 POV

Day 6 – Favourite setting/location for a Bangel scene
I really like this question! I love a good graveyard scene: Forever, Chosen, Bad Eggs, anytime they fight alongside each other, "I could walk you home." etc. Thinking about it, there are quite a few good scenes in The Bronze as well but I'm going with graveyard! It suits their relationship and it juxtaposes their love/romance with the morbidity of, well, death.

Yeaahhhhhh hard not to go with the Graveyard. See @Mylie's post above. I think it is quintessentially Bangel which is kinda why I love that their last scene in Chosen in in a Graveyard. It is very fitting.

I like the Mansion setting. It was theirs. The mansion was just for Bangel.
I love the graveyard scenes and the poetic symmetry of it, but she has a lot of Spike scenes in the graveyard too.
I really like the Mansion scenes are ONLY for Bangel. Any time I think of the mansion, I think of Bangel.

Honorable mention to their sewer scenes as well. Serious talks that gut punch me always happen there.
 
I skipped two days because I am one of those strange people who can drive for two hours without turning on the radio. Music just isn't my thing and I don't identify well with it.

Onwards and upwards!

Aug 6 - Day 6

I went with my best friend this summer to LA and we visited a lot of filming locations from BtVS and AtS. As far as Bangel goes, the overlook from IWRY is beautiful and I love that scene so much. Angel's Mansion (the facade used in show) is also beautiful and perched on this giant hilltop.
 
Day 7: Most heartbreaking Bangel scene

I have three in mind:
Becoming, Angel regaining his soul and Buffy kissing him before seeing she has to kill him still.
The Prom: The sewers break up
IWRY: I'll never forget

I think I'm going with The Prom, as well really see the aftermath of that one. Buffy and Willow on the bed afterwards and the way she breaks down.

Look, adult me gets Angel here. I see the reason. I can agree with him. But whenever I watch that scene I'm a sobbing mess of the teenager who first watched it.
 
Uhh I jumped in to day 7 and not day 28 or sth. Grreeat 😀 I am looking forward the next 23 days.

Aug. 7 - Day 7: Most heartbreaking Bangel scene

Buffy: "No. I'll never forget. I'll never forget. I'll never forget. I'll never forget."
White flash dissolves to Angel's office the previous day.
Angel is leaning against his desk blinking, looking around. Buffy is standing next to the door.
Buffy: "So, then let's just stick to the plan. Keep our distance until a lot of time has passed, and given enough time - we should be able to.."
Angel stares at her and swallows hard: "Forget."
