New apparent scoobies will be different from the old ones

Like seriously different. Kit is supposed to be some sort of Goth girl, and Carlos is supposed to be like the school bully. Hardly the geek(Willow)and the dork(Xander). Does this mean that Dawn is considered cooler, or is she just a REAL troublemaker?
 
Hmm. Good question. I'm not really sure if I like the whole Kit and Carlos thing. I'll always be just so dedicated to the original scoobies. 😀

Hopefully, they'll do a good job with Kit, Carlos, and Dawn, or else it will just end up being ... i can't really think of a word. I'll just hope for the best, though. And hope that they make it different from Buffy, Willow, and Xander.

Kit and Carlos are two people Dawn is to meet in the new Sunnydale High in the new season
they're definitely different...i'll always love buffy, willow and xander but i'll give these guys a chance 😉
 
Well you should give them a chance...I mean, what if we had never given Willow and Xander a chance, or any of the other people that have joined the show.
 
Hey I gotta idea--- if Dawn is supposed to be having her own little scooby gang like Buffy--- does that mean they'll be another Cordelia at the school? Or maybe even another Angel for Dawn! 🙂 Oh and i have a question--- is that one principal supposed to be like another Giles? Cuz in the spoiler it said that he was going to be kindof like a guardian. Hey, maybe in the end of the season-- or a few eppys into it, we could find out he's actually a watcher for Dawn... but couldn't say cuz Dawn didn't know she was the slayer yet. 😛
I think i'm going to really really like this season 😀
 
I suppose it'll be fun to see how they work everyone into it. I'm really looking forward to season 7, i just hope willow , xander, buffy and everyone will still be in the major storylines.
 
Oh I think you can count on that. Kit and Carlos are only supposed to be recurring charecters, but if it goes to season 8 that could certainly change.
 
& I thought there were too many characters in season 5.

Season 7 is gonna be a total nightmare.
 
I was wondering if there were any pictures of Kit and Carlos yet? I really want to see how they look.
 
Well as for me I can tell you right now that if Season 7 starts focusing storylines primarily on Dawn and her crew instead of the the original characters I will stop watching. If ME wants to spin off a Dawn oriented show, that's one thing, but don't screw up Buffy by using it as a test audience to see if a Dawn show will fly.
 
I heard that they were thinking about do something like a spin-off with Dawn, but I think that's just a rumor.

It would be a nice change learning more about Dawn, but this should be something quick like a 15 minute thing and still show the original Scoobies.

I don't know if the season is going to focus primarily on Dawn as plot arcs go, but given that Sunnydale HS is supposed to play a prominent feature in the season, we can certainly assume that she'll have a better charecter arc then she had last year. Also, Buffy is supposed to be working at the school, so that could be another aspect of the season probably revolving around the HS. I think that Dawn's friends are probably just going to be there for the most part in order to provide a plausible background for her school and social life. So while the season might focus on Dawn, I would think that Xander, Willow, Spike, Buffy, and the rest will play a more prominent role in that then Dawn's friends from school will.

um i really doubt the dawn slayer thing, as i have said before its birthright, n she was not born, plus faith is not dead and a slayer can only be called if the slayer dies and faith hasnt died, cuz technically she is the "active" slayer even though shes been in jail n stuff
 
I'm just hoping that is SMG really does leave at the end of this season they shouldn't go on with the show as it is. I Dawn or whoever takes over it should be another spin off cause it would be totally rediculous to keep the name Buffy the vamp slayer when there's no Buffy.

I also think that the original scoobies will want a break or something. (Maybe to concentrate on Movies or sumthin') Somehow I can't see them taking orders from Dawn. She's a teen and they're all growed up now! I know I wouldn't take orders from a 16 year old!
 
Yeah, but if Dawn was a Slayer...with her temper? I'd do what she told me to for no better reason then to keep my limbs attached.
 
I wouldnt like to see Dawn as a Slayer. It would be a too easy storyline. Count on Buffy's sister to become the new Slayer. That wouldnt be cool.
