New "Buffy/The Guild" - Comic - timeline, anybody?

Hey all...

I saw that Darkhorse came out with this "Buffy/The Guild" comic book for their "free comic book day" or something like that.

Does anybody know what part of the Buffy comic book timeline it fits into? It seems to be a one-off, and I never know what to make of those comic books that have a "meanwhile, while everything else that was happening in other storylines was/wasn't happening..." feeling.

I doubt there's a official answer to that. I like to think it's pre-pregnancy scare, since only the vampirezombies are mentioned.

Buffy already knows about zompires, she's still working at the coffee shop, and she isn't concerned about being pregnant or being a robot. So, I would say it fits in right after the first arc of season 9.

Before I got the comic I thought it was supposed to be after the latest one came out, but yeah, I agree that it seems to be set around the beginning of Season 9. It's nice to see Buffy relatively carefree and on vacation! 😀
