New Character Forums

[Buffy Summers]

I've re-organized the character forums a bit. I've added:

- Drusilla
- Oz
- Harmony
- Glory

And the Wolfram & Hart section has been removed and split into:

- Lilah
- Lindsey

I also have seperated the Others / Couples / Multiples into 3 seperate forums to make things easier.

A huge thanks to Lindsey McDonald for writing the character forum descriptions!
