I'm not sure if I'm allowed to do this, but it was looking like no one actually clicked on the link so I'm just going to paste the Buffy stuff from WandaEonline here;
"From freddiemalina: Whatcha got on Buffy?
Juiciness! Get this: An insider tells me that they are currently casting an international slayer on Buffy. Word has it that the role was originally given to a British actress of Asian descent who wasn't able to take the part because she didn't have the proper work visa. They are currently looking for another exotic-looking lovely to fill the spot. And apparently, the role is being described as a "series regular." (Hmmm...maybe next season will be Bridget the International Slayer? Just a thought.) My guess is this all plays into the opening scenes at the beginning of the season, with the demise of those slayer-ish girls around the world (including the Run Lola Run clone). What do you think? Do tell!
From jnila: What do you think of the ending to tomorrow's Buffy, and is it true this is the last new episode until January 14?
It's a jaw-dropper. And yes, many shows are taking a bit of a break now, as they've burned all their new eps for sweeps. Welcome to the sadness that is advertiser-run programming, mi amigo.
From evanichole: Do you know if Tony Head is still planning on doing Ripper?
He talked about that during our call last week: "No, it's not (off the board). But everybody knows that Joss is absolutely strapped at the moment. There isn't really time for him to start running another show. I'm seeing if I can put together a group of people in England for him. But he has to be involved. And you can feel it when he's not involved. It's just a matter of when the timing will be right. I'm not going to say it's going to happen next year. Who knows? It might be three years down the line. The bottom line is the story's still a good idea, so if and when it happens, it needs to have time and care spent on it. They've already written the script. They have three or four storylines worked out."
From puzzlement: Buffy info, please!
Heard from a very reliable source that Ashanti (you know, the R&B singer) is going to play a priestess for an episode during February sweeps. Word. "
