New Forum Icons

I can see them now 🙂 loving the Buffy ones, not so sure on the Angel season 4 one, I get it in terms of big scenes, but I think I like the flow of all the Angel ones having Angel in them and all the Buffy ones having Buffy in them. Also what ep is the Angel season 3 one from, I can't place the scene?

(although it doesn't bother me with the comics one!)

...there's no consistency whatsoever. It doesn't look good.

Remember that it differs depending on if you've unread messages in the forum or not.
If no unread posts the image is lighter, with unread posts it's darker.

Note about the icon. It does have a great deal of action going on with the subject. Still, it is not over the top with to much information to look at. The color blending is very interesting. Some have it so bold that you only notice the icon ever time you visit the site. If you are a regular it does blend in so well you want to notice it. What art school did the designed came from?

I'm not really sure I understand what you mean.

I made the icons based on what I thought best represented the season, show or subject the icon was supposed to represent. So, Joss Whedon himself for the Whedonverse forum, Buffy and Dawn for BtVS S5, as they are the most important aspect of the season, Mal for the Firefly/Serenity forum, as that is his show. As for the 'art school' they came from...they were made by me. In my bedroom, on my computer. There's not much more to it than that, lol.

They are very well photoshopped and nice images to look at, but I feel the old icons represented each individual Buffy season better.
