I'm excited about The Cape, Chicago Code (I'm originally from Chicago, & I love Jennifer Beals!), and we always watch American Idol (one of the only shows the kids & I can watch together, plus Steven Tyler & Jennifer Lopez!). Shameless sounds funny and DH & I can probably watch Lights Out together (it's hard for us to find something we both like).

What new shows are you guys planning on checking out in the next couple months?

Well from all the previews I am with you on The Cape. I watch American Idol when my mom does she reminds me for it being a big show I always forget.
Shameless look interesting going to give that a shot.
Off the map is a definite, once I saw Zach Gilford in there I was sold.
I am also going to watch the American skins remake.

I realized after I posted that I named AI, and of course it isn't a new show. But, as long as we're mentioning it, I can't wait for the new season of Big Love to start. I'm a huge Big Love fan!

Not planning to watch anything new. I watch too many shows as it is. But that's usually the thing all year round and I always end up finding new shows to watch so who says it won't happen now? Haven't watched any trailers or promos for new shows though and I guess that explains a thing or two.

I'm not planning on watching any of them. I still have to catch up on so many shows that I really want to watch. I still need to get through Mad Men for starters!

I hate to admit it though but I'll probably end up watching The Biggest Loser... I find it sadly enjoyable, guilty pleasure for sure!

I watch the biggest loser even though i pretty much skipped last season. This is Jillian's last season this year.
Pretty Little Liars (It's Kinda New, It Came On In June. It Comes Back On Monday 😀)

Since I don't have a TV, I don't see any commercials but I would LOVE to get some new shows to watch. can someone link me to some promos or give me a basic description or something?

Oh, V. I really want to watch it so I think I'll record it to give me time to watch last season (since I haven't seen it).

The Cape it is NBC show "After being framed for a crime, a cop makes himself into a masked hero." That is the description on IMBD. Summer Glau is also in it.

Off the Map
"A trio of doctors seek a new start". LOL that doesn't say much it is located in the rain forest as well.

Oh I forgot about Pretty little liars! I have so many shows I should not be watching more but I can't help myself.

@ Vision Girl how is Big love? I have been seeing it around and was thinking of picking it up when I get extra money.

Thanks! The Cape sounds interesting...
Oh dear, there's an American version of Shameless? There's something about that that just seems like it's going to be car-crash television. I only say this because the UK version is so good and it doesn't always translate well to another culture when they do other versions.

The Cape" looks interesting, but I haven't seen any promos for any other new shows. What I'm really looking forward to right now is for the shows that I do enjoy watching, like "Castle," "Hawaii Five-o," and "Lost Girl," to start up again, and for the new season of "Burn Notice" to start up, whenever that comes. Generally, new shows just kind of catch me by surprise.

Has anyone seen the preview for Harry's law? It is a show with Kathy bates and Brittany snow? It looks interesting going to give that one a chance.

I am looking forward to the new seasons of United States of Tara, Nurse Jackie, The Big C, and True Blood! I watch WAY to many shows. I'd give them all up for Buffy to come back on TV though LOL.

I'll definitely be watching The Cape and probably trying to keep up with Pretty Little Liar's as well. I loved the series of book, they were a fun read light read. And the best thing about the series is that, it's not going to be the same as it was in the book exactly. Like A on the series is going to be someone different than she was in the books, etc. I'm kinda looking forward to that.

Also, there's a new show going to be coming on TNT in June, Falling Skies. It's based on the comic that came before and from the promo it looks pretty good too. 🙂

ETA: Oh, and Big Love. I cannot believe I forgot about that one. rotfl. It's the most important. Dumb little poligamist show that I inexplicably love.

I like Pretty little liars some friends told me not to read because it may ruin the show. Where did you hear they were going to change A? If so I will start the books.
