New Mods!

AWSOME! There are so many new mods coming in! I was just wondering,
is there anything special you look for in the mods-to-be? how do you decide? What do you guys do other than help people and moderate the boards?...lol feel like a 20/20 interveiw yet? :evilgrin2

We look at a lot of things. How you post (i.e spam), where you post, how you are with the other members. There is nothing set we look for, we just take a look around and discuss people we think could be mods and keep an eye on them.

What do you guys do other than help people and moderate the boards?

Also, there's alot of discussion on how to make the boards interesting and fun, new features etc. Buffy and Faith (the super admins here) research, create, and then implement all of the cool features you see on the boards!
