Almost none of the Easter chocolate was discounted, and most of that which was did not have much of a discount*. That is so disappointing!

*Except the packs of eight Cadbury's Creme Eggs. Yes, I bought one.

I will admit I went to the supermarket with a quiet hope that I might find a Creme Egg (or two). Sad to report I emerged empty-handed.
 
@hoponlilmama @HowiMetdaSlayer Easter Monday was probably a bit too soon to be expecting discounts, given it is still in the Easter holiday period, but the supermarket did not have much stuff left and they may not have anything the next time I go.

Still, I got seven Creme Eggs!

Specials update for me tomorrow. I should check how late I can edit my extra order til...
 
I got eight more Cadbury's Creme Eggs, a Creme Egg bar, an orange Smarties egg and a white chocolate Buttons egg!

Most of the other stuff was still on the pricey side, but they still had quite a lot left, so maybe they will have some left at even cheaper prices next week.
 
The Easter chocolate remains at Walmart whereas once Halloween is over, all of the Halloween treats were pulled off the shelves so there was nothing on November 1st. But the Easter stuff says 50% off and the pricing is double what it was last year, so no real discount there.

I had a creme egg bar, but the rest was only 25% off, no small eggs here. The white creme eggs were unwrapped too. No thanks

Yeah I saw this too, so sad. I wasnt sure if i could post it here. There is such hatred for abuse survivors in this state and she had a worldwide scale to contend with. Some of the comments I have seen are heartless so Im assuming the trolls are getting a good feed out of it. I will be praying for her and her family.
 
Lorne the pink fish died ๐Ÿ™ She just didn't thrive like Doyle. He is double the size she was. I wanted to move her to a shallow protected spot with some other younger fry, but she didn't survive. Doyle still does zoomies and has a new tankmate that better hurry up and grow before Doyle eats it.
