New season for Survivor soon

I'm a huge survivor fan (wish I could be in it myself, but there are like 1000 reasons why I shouldn't), and after a great season, there comes another season, and I'm excited! Are there any other Survivor fans here, and are you as excited as me?

I started watching when the show started. The first couple seasons were fasinating but then I felt like it was the same thing over and over so I dont watch much anymore.

I love the show and I think the last two seasons with Russell were the best.
Watched the premiere still feeling out people but I like the guy they call Fabio so far.

I have a question for you, because I was thinking this. Do you think sometimes the juries vote unfair? I say this because I will put a spoiler just in case

Last season was just amazing, the previous one was only okay IMO. Some say it was really bad, but I think it's not THAT bad.
I really loved Parvati in the last season. In her first 2 seasons she annoyed me. But in HvV I realized how smart and amazing she really is, and she deserved to win again.

It's annoying when the jury votes from their heart instead of their head. They should vote for the best player, not the one that didn't screw them. Natalie wasn't a winner, she did only one big move in her season. And Russell said he didn't play to win, he played to get to the finale. He's great at that, but later on, don't be surprised that you don't win, you played really dirty. And I love this kind of play, but you have to think how to win, and not only how to vote people out. I encourage lying and do whatever you can to get to the finale, but you have to think how to win it.

Seasons 7, 9, 11 I got from Amazon. And 6, 11, 13, 19, 20 I got from someone on some selling website, that recorded the episodes on DVD's and sells them. And also seasons 15-16 that didn't arrive yet.

By the way, I played in some kind of online Survivor game, where each one picked a character from the show and played them. I played Eliza, and I finished as the runner up, the good second place, with 1 vote from winning. It was a very tough 1 and 1/2 month. And I'm thinking if that was harsh without the starving and falling rain, imagine what it is like in the real situation!

I think the first time with natalie Russel deserved to win hands down. He took his final three people to the finale like he said he would so he could not have been as shady as everyone thinks. Once he picks his people he sticks with them even with Parvarti which was not to smart IMO.
The thing that irritates me is was his name Eric, the one who sat in the tree. He made his final speech and went on and on about Natalie and dissed Russell when earlier he was willing to play that way. That is the part that irritates me don't act as if you would play that way then when someone does and beats you, you get mad.

I see what you mean by you have to think how to win it. In the end it is going to come down to that. I would just be honest and be like this game is called Survivor and the statement is to outwit,outlast,outplay and I did that. If you can say you did all three then you deserve to have a shot in my eyes.

Do you like Boston Rob? I think my favorites have been Ozzy, James, Stephanie & Russell over the years.

Oh okay I will check that out I have some of the second season highlight things on a VHS, yes VHS so old I know 😉

I get a little carried away with these type shows. To fill my summer I watched my first whole season of big brother.

I was really rooting for Jerri this time around, it was kind of a closure, and would have been more if she made it to the final three. But almost! So close! She was really sweet this season. And to think she was yelled "boo" at from the audience last time. That was really mean. Too bad she couldn't be instead of Sandra in the final. I mean, I like Sandra, but to win twice without doing anything? The amazing thing, she can say or do whatever she wants to anyone she wants and still win.

I kept saying from week two to get Sandra out. It is weird sometimes I don't think they remember past play they always remember Parvarti, Sirie and Amanda but not Sandra.

Aw I was rooting for Jerri as well she was just so darn sweet this season. She even had a little thing for Coach and we all know how Coach is 😉. It is sad and hey at least she can say she has grown so much over the years.

And Coldy has grown too much till he became too old, because he became really pathetic. Not the hero he used to be in season 2. That was actually sad seeing him losing and giving up this way. Time does its work.

That was brilliant! My favorite council ever.

And the silly bit about her elimination, is James' stupid superstition that whereven Stephanie goes, troubles go, as in she's the reason her tribe loses all the time. They really needed her in their team, she's strong and that was really stupid voting her out so early, especially for that reason. I find James pretty harsh and not so smart in this season. What did he have to yell at Steph like that?

I know poor cute J.T. it is okay I still love him. I was like yes when Jerri got the idol I wanted her to stay as long as she could.

James was very harsh this season and there was kind of no excuse for that early on. Later I understand getting aggravated by losing all the time and having a messed up leg but still James lighten up. I liked her because she was a competitor and I can appreciate that. I do agree it was stupid I would have kept her for the teams sake. Sometimes I think they start to play manipulative a little early, I would have voted people like Sandra and others who were holding the team back in challenges.

Oh yeah I forgot to ask where you played that game? I am interested 😉
