New Slayers in S8

Well since I haven't see any one list new Slayers I figured I would.
Ok so far Sayers that have shown up:

Buffy (of course)
Leah (up on the roof)
Donna (in Barcelona)
Satsu (in the church)
Rowena (I think she was the one on the roof with the hat on backwards)

Renee (slayer or witch) Don't know about this one, they never said 1 way or another. She was in the control room with Xander.
 
Have they named that one yet who has the hots for Xander. She has an ethnic girlfriend who hangs around with her.

Leah, Satsu, and Rowena are those three Buffy calls out in her training session at the beginning of # 2. Satsu did something with her hair Buffy likes. She seems Japanese. I think they were also in on the monster attack in # 1.
 
Well Satsu's easy, because she's the Japanese looking one. Leah's the red head. We know this because when Buffy say's "Leah, open her up", the redhead is standing by the door in # 1. In # 2 Buffy calls them out in order Leah, Satsu, Rowena, and they're standing in that order. Leah has an outrageous, cliched Scottish accent. "That were a wee bit repulsive. Yeh dinno much about religion." Rowena (the blond in the backward baseball cap) has an outlandish, German accent (I think it's German), "Dat vent vell. Vat are you thinkink."

Renee is the one in the control room with Xander in # 1, who volunteers for guard duty in # 2. The suggestion is she has a crush on Xander. She gets stabbed in the back by one of the kilted, zombie, scotsmen towards the end of # 2. You know it's her, because she wears a white feather earing. (btw is the suggestion there she's native American?)

Didn't get comic #2 yet. Renee gets stabbed, hm? Too bad. I was hopin for a romance with her and Xander.
 
Well, if she's a witch then she's probably going to be way dead. If she's a Slayer MAYBE there's a chance she'll survive, depending where she was stabbed.
 
Renee is definitely a slayer, so I doubt she's going to be killed that easily. Remember that Buffy made a sprinting, jumping escape across rooftops in the season seven episode "Chosen" after being stabbed through the gut. And much earlier in the series, Faith survived her own gut-stabbing at the hands of Buffy, followed by a drop off a rooftop onto the back of a truck below. So unless Renee was stabbed through something extremely vital like her heart, her spine or one of her lungs, she should be okay. If she was stabbed through her spine but ends up with paralysis from the waist down rather than death, she could do the Barbara Gordon thing and assist Xander and her fellow slayers solely from a wheelchair pulled up to a computer terminal. And she would of course be able to get much closer to Xander if that happened. If it does end up happening that way, remember that you read it here first! :biggrin:
