Check out new pics from the long-awaited, excellent Joss Whedon/Drew Goddard film - only on Badass Digest.
I love The Cabin in the Woods. I saw it last year, and if I didn't have a policy about only listing films in their year of release it would have made my top ten. It's just that good. It doesn't redefine the horror genre - it reinvigorates it. It's funny and scary and cool and great. I'd be willing to bet it makes my top ten of 2012.
So when Lionsgate wanted to debut some pictures on Badass Digest I immediately said YES. The first picture above is of some of the main cast after really crazy - and pretty gory - sh!# has begun to go down. And below is a picture of the brains behind the film collaborating. Drew Goddard is probably showing Joss how mind-bendingly good Richard Jenkins and Bradley Whitford are in the film.
The Cabin in the Woods opens April 13th!
