I like Bangel, Cangel and Spuffy, in fact most of the relationships that have been on the show with a few exceptions - I mean, they all had good and bad elements to them depending on where the characters were at in their lives. 😉 Well, that's my excuse for sitting on the fence 'lol'

Although I'm a Bangel shipper to the core, I do have to agree with you about the "where the characters were at in their lives" idea. It's true, Buffy & Angel simply can't be together. The fact that they have learned to love others at different times in their lives doesn't downplay their love to each other either.

I give kudos to any man (or vampire) who attempts a relationship with Buffy. She's not an easy person to love. She's the Slayer! No one will ever have all of her the way Angel did, but to try is truly commendable. Riley & Spike both tried. Kudos for that. Their feelings & love for her do not go unnoticed in my eyes. I'm just partial to Angel. 😉

As for Cordy... well, I'm not too familiar with the last couple seasons of Angel, even though I do know the gist. Don't wanna say much about something I don't know about. But if she had the ability to make him happy (maybe not perfect happiness, but still happy nonetheless), then maybe.. at the time, she was right for Angel. Maybe! Hehe.
