Hey all. I was just doing a random search for Buffy boards and I found myself here. Then I found that you all have some very interesting discussions going on so I decided to join. Plus, there were no Glory worshippers here so I fell that you all need one 🙂. So yeah I'm a huge Glory fan. She was, IMO, the best villian in the whole Buffyverse. I mean.. she was a god..not to mention she had some awesome lines ie:

Glory: A Slayer? Oh God, please don't tell me I was fighting a Vampire Slayer! How unbelievably common. If I had friends, and they heard about this...

Glory: You know when you think about it, I'm the victim here. First off, I don't even want to be here. And I don't mean this room, or city, or state or planet, I'm talking the whole mortal coil now. You know it's disgusting. The food, the clothes, the people - I could crap a better existence than this. But okay, let's focus. And feel free to tell me if this next part gets too personal, I'm told I have boundary issues, but I am hurt - YES - by your incredibly selfish behavior. Newsflash, hairdo: It's not always about you.

and well... I could go on for hours 😛.

Aside from buffy, I love Angel, Firefly( yet to see Serenity :-( ), and Veronica Mars. I'm a huge Lo/Ve shipper.

So speaking of ships, I'm a Buffy/Angel kinda guy myself, I also love Fred/Wes and Faith/Spike. I HATE Angel/Cordy. HATE HATE HATE HATE. O.k now that I've got that outta my system lol. So yeah this is me.

Welcome to Buffy Boards. I'm sure you'll like it here. I love Glory too. She was awesome. But I also love Cangel. They are my favorite ship in the Buffyverse.

Glory?!? Glory?? Who'd worship Glory?? Yeah, okay, sorry, but I just had no idea that gods were such prancing lightweights. Mark my words, the Slayer ... is going to kick Glorys skanky, lopsided ass back to whatever place would take a cheap, whorish, fashion victim ex-god like her.

I love Spaith, too former badasses now working for the greater good. Plus, IMO, they have massive amounts of chemistry. There's soo few of us bangels lately:-( I feel like I'm one of the only ones left:-(((. Don't get me wrong, I like Spuffy, but I ADORE Bangel. I won't get started with Angel/Cordy since I typically become violent and end up throwing things out of spite and anger

...me for one. and I guess everyone else who said they do as well? Glory was an amazing villian with amazing lines. Not to mention the only big bad (thus far)that was able to kick Buffy's ass ever and over again. The final time, Buffy just got incredibely lucky. Not to mention Willow brain drained her, leaving her at her most unfocused state, then Buffy had that hammer, and on top of all that she was just rushed the whole entire time, she had a small window of oppurunity which most likely hindered her fighting ability.

and keep in mind that after Spike said that he was shot across a room. and recently before I'm pretty sure she stuck her finger in his stomach? Now if that isn't evil villian material I don't wanna know what is.
She's a god, and you typically worship gods. Especially when they're as good looking, funny, and as powerful as Glory.

I''m hoping that not everyone express their ideals in such a rude manner on these boards.

A general rule of thumb kiddo, you don't "joke" like that with people who don't know you, and can't tell your just kidding. Unless of course, your just an idiot which so far that's the impression I'm getting.
