New to the boards

Hello! I am new to the boards. I am a semi-obsessed Buffy/Angel fan. I literally watch the entire series of Buffy, then wait a week and watch all of Angel, then I will take a month to two month break before restarting this vicious cycle! My husbands doesn't get it, so I searched for a board to join so that I can have others to talk to about my love for all things Buffy.
I am also a fan of Dollhouse, although it does not compare in my eyes.
Buffy is like an antidepressant for me, some people take happy pills, I watch Buffy!🙂

Hey and welcome to the boards! It's super funny you say Buffy is like an anti-depressant because a few weeks ago, my mom said she felt I was getting really depressed and I said "yeah, I haven't watched Buffy in a few weeks." I went and did a marathon and she said she noticed an instant improvement in my overall mood. We who use Buffy like anti-depressants are the best, aren't we? teehee 😀
 
I'm pretty sure most of us have also been a lil obsessed about BtVS/Angel before. 😉 Welcome to the BBs and I do hope you stick around long enough to become part of this awesome forum!

welcome!! I totally get what you're saying about buffy being an anti depressent... she definitely boosts my mood! and it is so nice to be able to talk to people who get it. (my husband pretty much rolls his eyes whenever I'm watching it...I pause it when he comes in to talk to me and he's like, "haven't you seen this like 100 times"...well, yeah, but I don't want to miss a word!)

I do the same thing to my husband! Then I tell him to sit down and watch because he might learn something.
WOW! Thanks all for the awesomely warm welcome. This is my first time joining a board so I am quite surprised to see how welcoming it is already! I guess it must be a fan thing lol!
