In the past i've done the whole lose weight, stop smoking, ease up on the coffee and learn to be happy with myself.
I've been successful on the losing weight but still maintaining it, i've managed to cut back with the smoking but the whole work situation has knocked them back up again. So I aim to cut back to 2 a day for a few months then stop all together.
Sadly there is one baby I can't kick....coffee. I just can't do it, i've got it down to 5 a day now!
I need to realise that what I have is a lot more than some and to be happy with what I have and make the most of my opportunities, work will sort itself out and if it doesn't then its not the end of the world i'll get another job.
We need a BB Quit Smoking Support Group!

I'd be with you on the Smoking Support Group....BUT....I've come to the conclusion that I just don't want to quit that badly! Rationalization, baby! That's where it's at!

I could be into that...
