SO here we go. The next celebration event on the list is NYE....

So what do you normally do ?
What are your plans for this year's NYE?
What do you do New Year's Day?
Do any of you have to work?
Will you be hungover?

Me, I'll be at home with Abbs and later in the evening I think we will be joined by her Dad to celebrate the New Year. I will no doubt be hungover New Year's Day. This is what we normally do since having Abbs! The next celebration will be my friends birthday on the 1st then Christmas/NY again on the 2nd with Abbs Grandparents.

I have a friend with a bottle of Kahlua and another one who is a doctor who fan, so that might be my new years day. I will probably skip the night time celebrations, I don't want to bring in the new year sunrise with a headache!
 
So what do you normally do ? I usually spend NYE with my husband and/or my best friend in NYC.. I never go to Times Square- only one year 2010-2011 did I and it was amazing because I was up in the MTV building watching over times sq.

So what do you normally do ?
For the last few years we've walked over to the local village Pub for a few beers. There is normally a fun quiz.....but it's really just the local folks getting together for a party! (It's only a 5 minute walk....but the walk home is normally fun as our road is unmade & unlit.....loads of potholes to trip over in the pitch dark 😀 )

Normally sleep in, then go for a long walk in the forest.

There is a slight danger of that yeah.... 😉

Single doesnt equal sad and lonely. Its way more fun to go out unchained! Plus, free drinks ;)
In my relatively short time on Earth, I've already done enough partying to last a lifetime; so New Year's Eve is just another day for me. Plus, being around a bunch of overdressed people who can't hold their liquor just doesn't have the same appeal these days. 😛

I hear that!
There is no usual for me, every year is different. Sometimes I'll just chill on my own like it was any other night, other times I've been with my sister and brother-in-law, and other times I've done small parties with just a few friends.

This year, I'm doing a bit of the latter one. Tomorrow I'm heading out to my friend's place and will stay there till about Tuesday or Wednesday. On NYE it will just be the two of us; we'll relax, drink, maybe play some games, but the goal won't be getting sloshed (doesn't mean it won't happen, though 😉)

Hangover? What's a hangover???
 
For the record, I'll be staying in; watching the Captain America films again, listening to metal, and indulging a bit. 💊💊🎉💀

a hangover is what you get when you don't get sozzled enough the day prior.
If you do know what prior means then it'll be when you don't get sozzled enough the day
