It's a day early, sorry about that.

Question 1. Do you make New Years Resolutions?
Question 2. If you do, what are they?

This year I'm hoping to work harder on my degree, lose a stone (14lbs) and exercise more.
I'd also love to start an online vlog, but it depends how brave I feel!

New Years Resolutions:

To make more music, on my own terms, with more cowbell. 😉
To grow my hair long again.
To relax and stop taking things too seriously.
To be more honest with people and with myself.
To live for me.

There's always room for a cowbell.
Once again this year I'm going to attempt to stop cursing so much. I had a bad potty mouth and it's gotten to the point that my kids think it's funny when I use "bad" words... :\

Definitely a good one. I need to stop that as well.
castnoshadow I think you can be brave and I know you can do more than hope, you CAN work harder on your degree! 🙂 I think the more convicted you are about something the more likely you'll get the results you want! 🙂

I can't believe I haven't thought about any resolutions until now! I'm certainly ready for a new year and a fresh start!

My Resolutions:
1) I WILL get back to doing my healing and strengthening back excercises everyday
2) I WILL let go of feelings from the past that are holding me back from finding love again
3) I WILL pass by boards exam!!!!
4) I WILL make steps in being more healthy, reducing stress, and living a life full of happiness
5) I WILL remember I don't need the beginning of the new year to make resolutions and stick to them!😀

I love these!!!
I think I'm going to carry on my resolution from last year which is to not give in to old habits. I stuck by it throughout this year and I'm glad I have, it's made me a stronger person and I'm proud of myself for that.

But if your habit now is not giving into your old habits, aren't you technically giving in to an old habit of sorts? :p
Find some kind of sports team. I have found a volleyball team, but it was only for women who are 30+ and I'm not even 30 yet. So I hope that in 2012 I will find something.

Mine are to keep getting as many firsts as I can and to step outside my comfort zone and be a little bit more sociable. I don't like resolutions that are too farfetched or extravagant, I like to keep them realistic and incremental.

Almost all of my resolutions are to do with pain management for Fibromyalgia so I'm going to really try to work to keep them.

1. Alter my diet, cutting out most sugar and all caffeine and adding lots of fruit and veggies.
2. Do yoga often.
3. Meditate at least once daily.

4. And this is one of the more important ones, Make time in my daily life to take care of myself.

Here are mine:
1. Finish Uni and get a proper job
2. Start saving for a house
3. Continue to lose weight and eat healthy
4. Spend some more time beautifying myself as its often a rushed job
5. Spend more quality time with my family

I think all these are doable so I'm hoping I can stick to them.

-Exercise more
-Be more responsible with schoolwork
-Read more books (and not fanfic, heheh)

I don't normally make one but I am this year and it's not move out of my Dad's place and into a flat of my own (rented)

Been lazy with eating right lately so I want to get that right, and I've also decided that I'm gonna try and go to the movies at least once a week.

I love these! You all came up with some really great ones!

I'm really really good at making resolutions and really really bad at sticking to them. so I guess first would be - to try and keep up with the changes I say I want to make.

This new year I'd like to try to be more trusting - of the fact that each moment passes (this too shall pass) and to try not to get so stuck in pits of worry and gloom.

I want to try to let go of jealousy and insecurity.

I want to try walking through my fears.

And I want to try and remember that what I want may not always (or often) be what I need and to trust that it's for the best when I do not get it.

My Resolutions Are:
1. Play the Cheers theme song everytime I log into BB.
2. Dance like no one cares.
3. Learn to love everyone, even if I don't like them.

oh, and save up money for this epic birthday quest my twin and I are gonna have. 🙂

I don't make resolutions but I do have goals- every year I try to read 52 books and tonight for the second time in three years I've managed it with an hour or so to spare!

I have travel plans for July- I'm looking at going to Denmark, Sweden and Norway, so I'm going to start planning and booking soon- but apart from that a lot depends on how my current medication works out and whether I decide that I need to change jobs.

holy crap, Ianigsy, our sigs are so similiar!
I always break my resolutions so I didn't make any last year. I have something for this year but it's not exactly a resolution. More like my motto for 2012- 'Work harder, play less.' It's catchy, I know. 😉 But 2011 was pretty much all play and no work for me so I'd like to find a balance.
