Every one can start being jealous now. Fore in 8 hours I board my plane and say good bye to boring old Michigan and head off for 4 days of hardy partying in the "big apple". But I'm not completely selfish. I will provide all interesting pictures/police reports that I generate on my New England odyssey.

HA that's great buddy! You so have to see something on Broadway, and go shopping... Seriously... But stay out of Little Italy (Not sure if that's what it's REALLY called, but we called it that 😛)... Umm, what else......... DUDE You'll be there for St. Pat's! Wicked... That's a crazy time to be there (Idk if you can drink or not).... That's about it! HAVE FUN!!!

Have a great time! I'm jealous as I wish I was in New York, especially for today, so I can spend time at my favourite places with great people.

Have a great time there!!! I can't wait to go there since everyone is telling that it's a great town!!! I'm jealous now but I'm going there by the end of June so I'm not soo jealous :frog:
 
Oh you are going to my fave city!!! Like Faith I would KILL to be there right now...some of my 'most-dying-to-meet-you" people live there! They know who they are! 🙂 And I just LOVE that city...I was all set to move there once... *SIGH*
 
As I live in good ol' England I would LOVE to visit the big apple. Hope you have a good time!

I once ate a chili dog on the Empire State Building observation deck...it seemed the right thing to do...there were no obvious ill effects 😉
 
Awesome, I would love to go there someday. See all the places, and do all the tours where the tv shows are made!

lol that was my plan too, but when I got there my plans changed. The most touristy thing I did was go to a ball game at Yankee Stadium. I didn't want to carry my camera everywhere and look like a tourist. I did do Times Square, and a restaurant in Central Park. But most of my time was spent shopping during the day and at night going to two Irish bars watching sports and getting drunk.

And when I go back chances are thats what will happen again, and i'm quite happy with that 😀 For me it was a bit different as I didn't go to 'see the city' it was to visit people so time spent with them came first for me. Although next time i'd like to stay out of hospital and go on a little trip down to Red Bank NJ 😉
